When I was last here, there were still tons of games, puzzles and girl and baby dolls. Almost out of good plush, though. Rip. I loved going here as a kid, 25 years ago about.

Weve come here on a couple of occasions to pick up items for the birthday parties. We stock up on the individual packages that we give in the gift bags. This location usually has a lot of individual toys and food items and candy that we can use in the gift packs for the kids. Ive noted that the store isnt all that organized upon arrival though.

Toys-R-Us used to be the only place in town to buy toys now there are a million places to do so with much better prices. Oh, they will price match but be careful with the deceptive pricing model. When they have something on sale that is usually the normal price everywhere else. It just makes you think that you are getting a deal and will buy it at that moment. I purchased a PS4 online and I picked it up at the store. When I got home and opened the bag, I noticed that the box was water damaged . Looks like it was underwater. How can they give something like that to a customer knowing it was a electronic device. It doesnt even end there. I went back to the store to return it which they did but then they told me they didnt have another one in stock. Instead of crediting back to my credit card they gave me a gift card so I could go to a different Toy-R-Us and purchase another one. They should have credited my card so that I would have a choose on where I could go.

So sad the store is closing. Some rows have plenty of stock. Other rows were pretty empty. The game row was full. Plenty option to find family games.

I made an order online for my Nephews Birthday and I was sent a confirmation order and told it was being shipped! Then a few hours later told it was cancelled due to UT being out of stock... went online and it was STILL IN STOCK!!!! when I called in they said it was was because coupons can’t be stacked... I can understand that... but why would you take the money out of my account ANDDDDD send me a tracking number for shipping if it’s been canceled. Very frustrating situation. Not to mention I was told someone would contact me back... never happened.

Pretty decent Toys R Us location. Lots of fun stuff. Fairly well maintained. Sales associates are extra helpful and really know their stuff.

No one picks up the phone! If they want to compete with Amazon, they need to step up their lousy customer service game. I called seven stores for a stock check, no one picked up and it rolls to busy. This was during the workday. I could put one person on the phone to do a quick stock check, their soul job. First I would fire the mediocre management.

Check out clerks are poorly trained, many items are not priced, and overpriced at that. Can get better value at your local big box store. Used to love this place as a child, probably wont be around much longer.

Its a standard target. Nothing great, but this is a fine location. Certainly better than Wally world.Still, worth shopping there.

Ive always had great service at this location. Easy to find an associate. Whenever Ive asked a question that person had the answer. Good job TRU.

When I walked in the door people were there and ready to assist. While I was shopping they came and asked if I needed any help. I was buying pampers.

Long checkout line because they did not have enough open registers on a Saturday. Staff was polite and helpful under the circumstances.

Store is going out of business. As of today, its pretty picked over. Still some good deals if they have what you want.

Store is a mess workers are even worse had to self serve myself for a bag for my daughters Christmas toy. Pre paid for the toy got an email saying the toy was ready for store pick up drove 30 mins and still ended up standing around waiting to receive my already paid for toy. They need to get their order of operation together!!

This is a large toys store that is well stocked. Check-out is a bit slow though.

Overpriced. I realized how overpriced they are when I started noticing some popular toys, like Thomas and friends, cost half as much at Walmart and target. I would search online for what ever toy I want, and if I can find it at a super Walmart or a super Target, I would avoid going to toys r us.

Horrible experience. Preordered items and got confirmation email saying they would hold my item for 7 days. Came the day I got that confirmation email and they sold my preorders. Whats the point of me preordering when youre not going to honor the preorder? PLUS now Im unable to find that item anywhere. Manager claims he held it but Im still empty handed. Had much better experience at different location

One of the worst Babies R Us/ Toys R Us I have been into. The store is very unorganized and hard to find what you need due to a lot of things being misplaced or put randomly on the shelves. Will avoid this store in the future.
