The employees strive to give the best customer service possible. Always offering to help me with all my shopping needs. I have never had to wait more than five minutes from start to finish on my prescritions. The staff always go above and beyond to help serve their customers.

Walgreens has a reputation of providing bad pharmacy service, but this location takes the cake. I received a notification that my prescription was ready for pickup and then when I arrived to get it, they didn’t have it. One of the pharmacy techs said she couldn’t even find the prescription that my doctor sent in, but one of the pharmacists found it. This is the second prescription this week that they’ve told me they didn’t have. Needless to say, I’m changing pharmacies.

Eatna insurance, requires either walgreens or cvs.I called Walgreens Lewisville on the doctors line( am a retireds pharmacist)and waited about 5 minutes for assistance. A simple question to validatemedicare copays. The pharmacist then tells me to call the insurance company as that information fell under the privacy laws!?? BULL S>>>LAZY AND ARROGANT. there to collect a check, nothing else

The male pharmacist is super rude! Been using this pharmacy since it was rite aide! The female pharmacist is kind an friendly. The man however doesnt know how to talk to people. Looks like he doesnt like his job

These women are rude and have attitudes
