This place is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Its been over six months since we started designing a custom wedding set and I still dont have it.After working on it for five months, we picked up the rings for them to only be finished with pave and engraving on one side of the engagement ring and wedding band. The other sides were plain and clearly unfinished with very poor casting and shoddily-finished openwork. WHO would make a ring that was halfway finished and with poor workmanship, then try to pass it off as completed?Took it back a month ago for them to correct and it was supposed to be done by now. When I called to check on it last weekend, they said the guy who was supposed to be making it got transferred to another store and claimed they hadnt promised us it would be completed yet, which is funny since we had scheduled an appraisal appointment on Monday so obviously I wasnt making stuff up in my head.Even funnier, they called on Sunday to confirm our Monday appraisal appointment. The SAME girl I talked to on Friday called and when I asked her how they planned to appraise a ring that hadnt even been made yet, she had no idea what I was talking about. I didnt want to go here in the first place.I wish I wouldve put my foot down when my husband wanted to go here because its been every inch the nightmare I expected. Find yourself a reputable local shop and save the headache and poor customer service and probably some on price, too. Stay away from Jared!
I have purchased quite a few times at Jared before, but first time at this location because I was in search of an Omega watch and this is the only Jewelry store that carries them near me. And this definitely wont be the last time that I buy from here.The shopping experience was quite pleasing. The store manager Hadi Shah was more than helpful. I didnt feel pushed at all. He offered a discount and were still open to a negotiation. (Other watch stores in DFW do NOT offer ANY discount on Omega watches.) I ended up paying grey market price for an Omega sold by authorized dealer. And this is not the best part.I kinda have OCD for my watches and I like monitoring the accuracy of each of them. The new Omega I just got runs about +5 spd and thats within the official spec. However, I would like to see a better result since I paid this much money for a watch and in fact a lot of other Omega watches run well within spec instead of hanging on the edge of the spec. So I took the watch back to the store after 3 weeks today and Hadi exchanged a brand new one for me immediately. I was actually a bit embarrassed because the watch is technically within spec and does not have any fault. But Hadi said he understood and assured me that they were there to make customers 100% happy.This store and Hadi has totally won me over not only because of their great price, but also because of their exemplary customer service.
This location is great and the people are always so kind. Today I went in and had an experience like never before. It was an actual EXPERIENCE we toured around the store, I didnt feel rushed nor did I feel like I was just a dollar sign, I was educated on so many levels about different things I didnt know before all due to the jewelry expert (lol) customer service rep Dwight! Dwight thank you so much for that I will be a forever customer to this location.

Took a a 2k diamond engagement ring in to be rodium flashed. When I came to pick it up the guy told me one of the channels was bent and a stone was loose and they were having a problem straightening it. When a gal handed me back the ring she commented on what a good job they did Fixing it. I was not informed any work was going to be done to my ring as I only brought it in to be flashed. I noticed they not only bent the crown but the shank appeared thinner. When the manager came over she went and talked to the guy in the back then came back out and flat out LIED to my face claiming nothing had been done except the flashing. I told her what the others had said and she continued to deny it. Disgusting. If their ready to lie about something that simple what else are they lying about. I plan to have the ring checked for stolen stones. I also weighed the ring before I took it in and it was 11 g it now weighs 10. Explain that. Rodium flashing should add weight not decrease it. This store is absolutely NOT to be trusted.’
I have not a single thing to say about this Jared’s that is positive. I got my engagement ring custom made here with my fiancé and it has been an absolute nightmare. The “finished” custom ring was full of scratches and dings. Just awful quality. Prongs were all different sizes and at different angles. We had to return to get it fixed, and they fixed most of the dings but some were so deep they were still visible. Prongs also still all wonky. Due to the poor quality of the prongs, a diamond fell out after two weeks and one day of me wearing it. So we return, AGIAN, and they re-make the ring. We get the finished product again, and the ring is the wrong size. Absolutely terrible. I am so absolutely disappointed and upset at the process, poor quality ring, and continued mistakes.To top it all off, they were very deceptive about the total amount of the ring, only giving us prices and charges separately and never adding them up to show us a grand total. We were very explicit about our budget from the very first meeting, and by the end, when we totaled the price, it was 50% more than our budget, a whole fifty percent. They messed up our first payment account, causing us to have to open a second. This led to an array of charges/refunds and cause mass confusion both for us and the employees. When trying to figure out this mess, we were treated very poorly and made to seem like we were stupid about asking for clarification when the very employees we were dealing with didn’t seem to have a grasp on what we had actually paid or not. We did get a partial refund for the poor quality of the ring, but the refund process has also been difficult and confusing because of the account mix up. We also had to go all the way up to the regional manager to get a refund in the first place.Overall I would never ever recommend this location. Please do not give them your business. They only want your money and don’t care about you as a customer or care about the quality of their jewelry.I wish could go back in time and tell myself to never step foot in this store.
Went here to purchase an engagement ring and wedding band for my wife. The team here was very inviting, professional and made us feel comfortable. I worked with several people over a three day period to purchase what my wife and I feel is the perfect ring. Highly recommend this location and working with any one of the Jared employees who were extremely helpful to my wife and I (Jordan, Wendy, Tom, Debbie and Markea). Will definitely be a repeat customer!
Wendy helped us with the initial engagement ring and completely met every single expectation and beyond. We came back in for a cleaning and to look at wedding bands. My fiancé was with me this time and we left feeling so much joy and gratitude for the experience and attention to detail. It was like she was reading our minds! My fiancé and I went to Jared today to look at engagement rings because my first one has gone missing. We walked in and were greeted right away. Corey helped me pick out the perfect ring and diamond to go with it. He ended up staying probably an hour after he was supposed to go home to help us out. The Store Manager Winford Fillmore and Corey went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and could walk out of there with one less thing to worry about since we are so close to the wedding day! We cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us and will continue to come back!Our first experience looking at rings(before we were engaged) was just as good! Tom was wonderful showing us all the different kinds of rings. He knows his stuff! He had a lot of patience because I had no idea what I wanted and wanted to see so many rings but he helped me narrow it down to the one!We will be Jared customers for life!
Bought a nice ring for my wife but the sizing of the ring was horrible. It took 4 tries to get this ring to look like a ring. It was either covered in tool marks or flat in one spot or very light in the bottom of the ring. It was so thin in the bottom of the ring that if you hit the counter with the ring on, it was sure to flatten out.I bought this ring here and just wanted it sized to my wife like every jeweler commonly does. On the third try it had a rounded off edge on one side and sharp edge on the other.On the fourth try the bottom of the ring was scratched up and had to be buffed again. I dont think they even look at detail here. I would have paid an extra $400 for this ring if I could have given it to my wife 3 months ago and not have to come up here all the time to see if it was done yet.My advice is find a local mom and pop jeweler and have them order you a piece if they dont have one that you like. They will take care of it for you and put pride into their work.

Sales reps are VERY pushy. I went in for an inspection and was pressured into getting another Jared credit card. I told the rep I already had one and was still paying it off. She kept insisting for me to get one because she didnt see the card in my file. I had to almost yell at her to get her to back off. Made my visit very awkward.

Tatiana is our sales rep and we Love her to death. She keeps up with us and reminds us when it’s time for diamond inspections. She knows us by name when we walk in. Jared’s is the Only place I even look at jewelry.

Ive dealt with Jareds almost exclusively since my husband and I were royally screwed over by both Zales in 2011 and then by Kays in 2015.Since making the switch to Jareds I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. My most recent experience is one of the best Ive ever had. All thanks to Darcy! So heres my story and make sure to ask for her the next time you go in!In December of 2013, I had my original engagement ring re-set at Kays and was told by the salesman I had an extended service plan. It was set in sterling silver so about 6 mos later when a prong was loose I took it into the store expecting to be able to get it fixed under my ESP. I was WRONG. Apparently the salesman I had worked with did shady stuff and needless to say I didnt have an ESP even though I had paid for one and the salesman had been fired in the 6 months since I had ordered my ring. The manager was kind and fixed it for me but told me it wouldnt happen again and future repairs would not be covered.Fast forward to this year. I noticed a while ago that my center stone was crooked. Disheartened because I had no idea where I could take my stone, eventually I made the decision to take it to Jareds because they were close and they have a repair shop IN THEIR STORE.I walked in late on a Tuesday night and ended up dealing with Darcy. She was a wonderful help! Initially, when doing some investigating she was forced to tell me they probably wouldnt be able to work on my ring because it was silver and different companies have different silver mixes. I told her thats fine Ill just take it back to Kays. Theyll charge me an arm and a leg but they built it so... I am super grateful I said that because apparently Kays and Jareds are sister companies and their silver mixes are compatible.Darcy took extra time to consult a jeweler (Liz) and with both the general manager and eventually the repair shop manager to make sure my repair was something they could do and made sure it handled in the best way possible.I got my ring back within 48 hours and its perfect! Many many many MANY thanks go out to Darcy, Liz and the repair manager, John. I know exactly where we will be going when its time to have my wedding rings re-set into a white gold or platinum setting.

This is the second time we’ve taken rings to get the settings reinforced, the quality of the repair this time was far superior than the last time. 37 year old rings look brand new.
Every time I come in to make a payment I do not get help, or it just takes forever for someone to help me check out. They said they were short handed but I was the only customer in the store.
I purchased a couple items there now and I actually enjoyed the service there the prices are straightforward no gimmicks people are helpful and not pushy
Claire and Heather were a pleasure to work with! Im not very experienced with having jewelry worked on, so when I needed to have my engagement ring sized I was very nervous. They were very professional and showed me the ring under the microscope so I could identify it if I ever needed to and really put my mind at ease. They also helped my fiancé and I pick out our wedding bands and added them to our wishlist so we could come back when we are ready to purchase. They were so informative and they had us both laughing, I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

I had such a great experience at this location the first time I went and I had been meaning to get on here and boost about it because I only leave two types of reviews and they are based on if I had a completely horrible experience or a completely great experience and both times I visited were great. To elaborate, I purchased my gift online for my boyfriend as a birthday present. When I went to pick up my item I was greeted and treated very kindly by the gentleman standing at the door and the young lady who assisted me. I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided to me by Alayna who later let me know she was one of the managers there (which was of no surprise considering her excellent level of customer service) and would be more than happy to assists me in my future needs. Oh the bracelet was nice too btw. Just kidding, it was very beautiful and I loved it immediately! Honestly I had got it for a great price in my opinion so I wasnt expecting the best of the best but when I saw it I knew my upcoming birthday was secure haha but anyways, my boyfriend ended up loving his gift and appreciated the nice case it came in provided by Jared. (he uses it as his jewelry box now) Unfortunately, a few days later (9 days to be exact) he informed me that the bracelet had fallen from his wrist as he was walking and was broken. He was really worried and asked if I still had the receipt but I let him know I would take it back to get fixed since I had just purchased the item I figured it should be no issue yet I was a little concerned myself that I might be told I should have gotten the warranty. Well whenever I came in again I was greeted and assisted by a different gentleman and I didnt see Alayna. The man looked at the bracelet and told me he would check with his manager to make sure I am provided with the cheapest option in the maintenance. He and the manager both came back and explained to me that they would be able to fix the bracelet and also explained the importance in having the warranty. Honestly, Alayna had offered it to me the first time I visited but I figured it came with one automatically for a year or that once I gift it off my part was done lol but after listening about the benefits and he price it honestly was worth it. I could bring the bracelet back anytime as much times as needed and if it became too damaged I would be able to exchange it for a new one! Im so thankful for the information and the customer service provided to me at this location!

Today they have treated me like some sort of trash bag, and my $4500 watch now is trash because Jarred didnt know what they were doing. All fingers now blaming me.... Trust me, do not buy anything from this scam company, you will be sorry!Oh and the manager needs to learn some manners!!!!IM DONE WITH THEM FOR EVER!!!!!

Really disappointed. I spent thousands on an engagement ring for my now wife. Despite having a warranty on the ring, they could not find the warranty in the system, even though I have the original receipt and warranty number. They continously repeated that without it being in the system, they would charge to have a prong repaired. Im not sure if there was a system error, or if it was just a ploy to get more money. Im incredibly disappointed in this entire experience and regret going to Jared altogether. The least I can do is prevent someone else from making the same mistake.

I was told by a representative of this store that I had 90 days to return and/or exchange my jewelry, even though it said otherwise on the paperwork. I was told by their general manager that he could not help me other than an exchange after buying online. I received a cheap thin chained bracelet, was unhappy, called and thought Id be taken care of. WRONG. Dont buy your jewelry at this location in particular.
Most unhelpful employees I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and never return phone calls. They claim they will call you by the end of business but never got a call twice.

Incompetent clowns! When I tell you my budget, then dont show me rings that is 3 times my budget. If you dont have a ring in my price range then send me out of the door and stop wasting my time. I was shown a total of 6 rings, all of them 3 times my budget.
