I get very good service at Miracle Ear. When I need cleanings I stop by and usually get the job done. When I have my appointments they always ask how my hearing aids are performing. They set up my original ears and I have only had one adjustment in the last 2 years. They work so good I dont want to change a thing. Now I dont say huh every time and my wife is lot happier,

A wonderful experience, from Amandas friendly greeting to Brians patient expertise and detailed evaluation. I am happy to announce that, because of Brians incredible attention to audible detail, I now sport a couple of well-tuned Miracle Ear hearing aids. I highly, highly recommend this Miracle Ear location. The product, and more importantly, customer service are top notch.

I have extreme hearing loss in both ears. I have had numerous hearing aids for 30 years through the military and VA but they were not top of the line and still experienced difficulty hearing and listening. I made an appointment to have a hearing test and evaluation with Brian and tried their hearing aid. I was amazed how clear the sounds were and how well they performed in different environments. . My family is as happy as I am to have made the Miracle Ear choice. TV is played lower and conversations in restaurants and crowded environments could be heard. Now I am more engaged in group conversations. This choice was a matter of quality of life. I have never regretted this choice. Thank you Brian.

I was hesitant to write this review but I think it needs to be said. Brian and Amanda are an absolute dream team. They made my dads experience one worth bragging about. The atmosphere here is what you look for in a place of business. Not too pushy but get the job done. They ask all the right questions and even answered some we forgot to ask. Lol. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who asked. Shoot makes me wish I had a hearing loss. Thank you both for being great human beings.

I spent 5 years of adjustments and breakdowns with another company. They were expensive, too. they just didnt work. I was worried about sending good money after bad. Not to worry! They worked perfect the first day out of the box! I have been back for visits twice, but I was totally happy, no adjustments required. Sound sounds real, my voice is my voice. And I dont have to buy any more batteries! The product, set up and staff are excellent! Brian and Amanda are not vendors, they have become our trusted friends. If youre tired of the car salesman and bull, come here and hear again!.

Brian and Amanda are just great! My father has worn hearing aids from competitors for years. Never in that time have we ever felt more at ease and more educated about the process. When we showed up Amanda was sanitizing the office, then greeted us at the door, took our temperatures, offered us coffee, and carried on great conversation. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable. My dad just loved her. They talked about gardening and canning. It was fun to watch him laugh and carry on conversation like theyd known each other for years. Brian came out and introduced himself and let us know he would be out to get us once he sanitized the office. Brian explained the hearing evaluation process and the make up of the ear. Him and my dad hit it off right away and they were the best of friends before we left. Brian was able to help us understand the differences in the technology without us feeling like we were listening to a sales pitch. Every other place we have been it has always felt like we were sitting in a lecture and a sales pitch. That is no fun at all. I dont want to feel like Im just a profit to be had and I definitely did not feel that way here at all. If I could give this clinic a 10 star rating I would. I cannot say enough good stuff about the team here and I am so glad we decided to try Miracle Ear.

I would actually give 10 stars if I could. Brian McFarlin has completely changed the lives of my entire family. My father, sister, and brother- in-law have all purchased hearing aids from Miracle Ear through Brian. The experience that we had with Brian, Amanda, and Miracle Ear was absolutely wonderful. The moment we walked in the office we were greeted by Amanda. She was very friendly and personable and made us all feel comfortable and welcome. The office was very clean and inviting. My dad was a little nervous when he came in and from the moment he met Brian, he let his guard down. Brian is friendly, personal, and above all patient. I was personally blown away with his knowledge of the products but also with the time he took explaining to my dad why his hearing is so important to his cognitive well being (I learned so much too). My dad understood Brian and felt comfortable with the purchase of his hearing aides. We loved our experience with Miracle Ear, Amanda, and Brian, but my dad told me he will only see Brian from now on when dealing with his hearing and hearing aides. My dad doesnt trust easy but he (and I) have all of our faith in Brian and we appreciate Amanda so much too. Thank you Brian and Amanda. You two are truly a blessing to our entire family.

Greeted immediately by friendly, smiling staff. Husband was asked to explain his situation and techs immediately took his hearing aids to be cleaned and adjusted. We had a very nice visit with Dr. Williams and Elizabeth, the office manager. They told us to call or come back if there were further issues. They set up a follow up appointments for annual checkup. Very nice people.

They sell you products that become outdated by the following year. So Youve make an investment that needs to be updated frequently. As a retiree you cant afford them. I got the same quality of hearing aids in Mexico for half of what I spent on theirs.

The professional staff Ann and Chris are Fantistic people. Ann is very helpful and knows the insurance world which helps with the cost. Chris is very through in explaining the involvement of the ear to brain function. The testing is very comprehensive. After six months of use, it is nice to be able to hear conversations clearly. My only concern is the lack of functionality is the software vs what is claimed. I have also had two failures of one aid, the first was replaced immediately, the second has not returned yet. It is hard to not have it as it really affects your life style.

My wife brought her aids from another outlet and was never happy with the results. Brian Mc Farlin at the Lewisville store did an outstanding job of repairing and adjusting the devices and she has never been happier with the results. Brian and Elizabeth run a happy and friendly office.

Office was very friendly from Ann to my technician. The test was best and most complete I have ever experienced.
