Unfriendly, not helpful. Came in to buy a hose and Randy was rude with no customer service skills. He bought me a hose and I asked him to recut the edges since it had a cut on the end and wont slip on. He told me to do it myself. How are they to sell a hose on cut properly. He charge me $44 for that one.. I than asked for another hose, he gave me another one BUT HE than charge me about $77 for a 36 hose. I Randy GUESS HE DINT LIKE HIS JOB. Not coming back here.

Not a store for beginners, but if you know what you need and the specialty items youre looking for, this is the place!

Store was clean and service was fast

Im done with this place. I stopped in just now and stood at the counter for 5 minutes while employee after employee walked right in front of me, not even acknowledging that I was there. I was the ONLY one there, so its not like they were busy. Add this to the list of the rude manager, and Ive had enough. Ill be calling all other rental locations to share my story so that they can stop doing business with this location as well.
