My husband bought a toy here and when he brought it home I told him I already owned that toy. The next day I returned to the shop with the sealed box and receipt and spoke with the manager. She was very understanding of the situation and allowed me to exchange it for something of equal value. They have a strict no refund and no return policy which is understandable due to the nature of the store. I came in expecting to not be able to do anything but the employee made sure I didnt leave unhappy. I appreciated it greatly!

Ive had bad experiences visiting shops, but Kristina was really sweet and genuine and cared about making sure I got exactly what would work for me and was very patient and knowledgeable! I will only come back to this location to see her! Marlin was also extremely friendly and personable, I love this location and adore the staff and the general vibe of the store!
