I purchased a king set here and the staff were so kind and quick. The store was clean. The employees went right to loading the furniture up and Im thankful for that! Thanks guys!
There was false advertising and the sales person did not listen to what we wanted. The sales person did not clarify what we wanted and ended up not giving us all the items we wanted
Once again rent-a-center comes 1st in lack of communication. They called offering new sales. I asked once again about my pay off. This time I was put on the phone with kathy the manager. Who informed me that since I pay on the app and on time they dont see my name for information like that. So since I didnt make it a priority I missed my deadline by 3 weeks. They now will do nothing. Since day one rent a center has done nothing but cause me problems. Never will I buy from there again. Terrible customer service well it would have to exist to be terrible.I got my mattress and bedroom set. I love my mattress and set even after the trouble I went through to get it. I have made all payments on time on the app. I called to see what my pay off was thinking I had been paying for a while. I was told I missed my deadline for same as cash by a couple weeks. Guy said wow no one called you thats messed up. Now I get to make another $1400 or so in payments but oh they forgot I guess. I emailed with a complaint no response. So with the phone call response and none to the email Im writing rent-a-center off. Ill never shop there again.
Love this place. They go above and beyond. Maurice always makes shopping fast and easy. Everyone here does a great job!!!
Representative was helpful and friendly so service was great. Rentacenter just dosent carry the items I was looking for.

Decent enough furniture, decent rates, very friendly employees every time I went in. Delivery and pickup service was welcome, and they were careful. Yes, they call very proactively when you dont pay. But you agreed to pay by a certain day each month... if you dont want the call, pay a day or two early.
This is the worst. Customer service skills suck and Cathy needs to be fired, she defiantly does not have the patience to deal with customers.
Terrible. These people dont give you a chance to pay your bill let alone be late they start calling you at 9 a.m.on the day you choose to make your payments. Dont answer your phone & they send someone pounding on your door like the police at 9:45 a.m. or they call every reference you put down on the application. They will pester you to death with all the calls. Purchase from there at your own risk
Selling furniture infested with BED BUGS, stay away they say they’ll put a ticket in to treat it.This is a major health hazard and spraying will not work.Watch out shady people run the store
