We got a tire plug from the inside out. They were quick and professional. They were nice inside the store. I see reviews how its dirty. They get allot of people in. They do oil changes. The guys are going to have some greese on their hands. They put paper down to step on so not to get your car dirty and they wipe the handles they touch. They are not dirty. They are amazingly priced $15 to put an internal plug and $10 for external plug. Their oil changes are just as much as if you were to do it your self. Just backed by a guarantee. 100% worth it.

Great all-around service. I called to ask about an oil change and tire rotation. The time estimate was right on target.

Needed alignment for my BMW 330I after waiting for over 1:30 they told me they dont have the right tool for alignmen . I get on the road alignment worse than what it was bdfore. Door panel and floor all dirty, oily finger prints on the steering and door panel. Worst than all was car was bouncing. Stopped by Southern Maryland Tire shopto check the tire pressures. They were all set to 48 Psi. Where normal pressure is 32 psi. Mr Curtus us a very nice guy but his crew are bunch of losers that have no idea a nout performnig to customer satification. They are sliw and incompetant....

Jacked up the truck on the body, left a large dent - rendering the passenger door unable to shut correctly. Paint damage and body damage. Also did not tighten the lug nuts fully. One of them almost fell off during driving. Very dangerous. Do not recommend.

So I got a flat on my front drivers side and I called curtis tire. When I talked to the people on the phone they were very polite and helpful. My tires are very uncommon and I called around like 7 places and it was gonna cost way to much to get the work done and I would had to wait an average of 3 days for them to get shipped. Now the people at curtis tire gave me a fair price and they were able to get my tire in next day! The service was done great and I have been driving for a few days on my new tire and we have no problems. Thank you guys for helping me out! You the best!

I am eternally grateful to this shop! a BIG CHAIN sold me tires and installation full of hidden fees and broke my tpms sensors in the process then didnt have the knowhow to calibrate my tpm... but Curtis Tire knew how- they did it super fast- they did it right- and they did it for a very reasonable price!!! I took my car to Curtis Tire to have my timing belt changed, get new plugs and wires and to stop an oil leak. I asked how much it would cost and he said they like to looked over the car thoroughly before giving an estimate, this would eliminate him calling back with additional work that needed to be done which would cost more money. My estimate was 1600.00 to 1800.00 dollars. Then he asked for a $1000.00 deposit so he could get the parts. This made me uncomfortable, I should have taken my car and went to another shop, but I didnt, HUGE MISTAKE!Within three days he had called me back letting me know that all the hoses in my car needed to be replaced. I received another call two days after that telling me my radiator was leaking and it needed to be replaced. This continued until my bill reached $3000.00.Well within two days of getting my car back my check engine light came on, I took it to another shop and they found a hose that had not been replaced and wasnt allowing proper air flow to my engine and few days later my car started leaking oil again. I took my car in for service and I was told that my seals were leaking, so I called Curtis Tire and I was met with anger.He was very offended that I would question the work he had done on my car, I was just curious why given all of the other items they found and/or suggested that needed to be replaced, why didnt they suggest changing my seals on my car given the age of my vehicle. Needless to say I was not going to give him another opportunity to work on my car and call me every other day with additional work that needs to be done and run my bill up to 3000.00 dollars again.So I have written all of this to let everyone know DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO CURTIS TIRE AND IF YOU DO, STAY BY THE PHONE AND GET READY TO OPEN YOUR WALLET EVERY TIME THE PHONE RINGS. ALSO, GET READY TO BE MET WITH HOSTILITY IF YOUR CAR IS NOT FIXED PROPERLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM CURTIS ! I moved to this county in 1998. I found Curtis Tire then. I had everything Tire related done by the Center. Cars, wheel barrow...you name it. In 2010 I had them change one of my tires on my 2006 Tacoma Truck. They broke my pressure sensor! They indicated that it was Part of doing business, they break all the time and there is nothing they are willing to do. They also told me that i would have to buy a new one and that is that.! This was straight from Mr. Curtiss mouth (as you probably guessed, the owner). That was the last time i put a foot in this establishment. I was going to take them to Court but, its just too much hassle and they, inscrupulous owners, bank on this. Truth is hard sometimes to swallow. To this date i drive with a yellow pressure low light indicator thanks to CURTIS TIRE. If i could give the Center NEGATIVE Stars i would but, in order to post i have to give at least one star. You dont deserve that! Just because you are a small shop doesnt mean you dont owe the community descent workmanship and warranty!

Went to store to get 4 new tires. He gave me a set price for $700. I sent some one else to pick them up. I end up paying $900 rip off. Gave him 4 new wheels sensor he put 3 in the rim, I didnt notice it until I put rims on. Went back next day and gave them hell

Great, I was in and out.

Went in about a month ago, needed 4 new tires and an alignment. 4 tires were decent priced so i was pleased when they were ready to install the next day. However, my car is a 2001 and when they went to do the alignment, the mech broke the bolt used to align the wheels. He said it rusted apart. I was slightly annoyed because he applied enough force to break it without thinking he should ask about it first. Then they asked me to leave my car until the next day when the replacement bolt would come in. I couldnt, so they put a generic bolt in to hold the place with the understanding the new bolt would arrive the following day. By the way, they tried to charge me $17 for this bolt THAT THEY BROKE. Next day comes, no call, so i go in to see whats up. No bolt today, well call you Okay. Starting to get a little angry. No phone call Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. I go in Tuesday, oh i was going to call you. They said the mech was available so hed take my car in next. I stared at my car in the parkinglot for 2 hours. Then finally when i was ready to walk away, they took my car back. Curtis comes to get me and shows me the other side is just as rusted, so they would break that one too if they tried. I told him i didnt want the alignment anymore, i just wanted the broken bolt replaced. My car came out about 4 minutes later. When i waited for them to ask me to pay for the bolt i was given attitude from Curtis saying you dont owe nothing, you can go now i get home and crawl under my car to see the very same bolt they put in last week (i had taken pictures). I currently dont have the correct bolt, so i couldnt get a rear alignment even if i wanted one. Worst part was, i came out to my car the other morning and one of my new tires had gone flat.

Do not use this place. They discriminate against people that buy their own parts, are white and a female. Told me 2 different stories, either I was not there early enough ( I was there at 7:30 a.m.) or I was told they didnt get to it because I brought my own parts with me. Either way horrible service.

This is my go-to place for a quick tire fix! If you get there when they open, youll be out in no time. And for $10-15, you just cant beat it!

I can’t say enough nice things about Mr Curtis or his business. They have always treated me with the upmost respect and have always done great work on my vehicle in a timely and affordable fashion.

I have been going to Curtis Tire since 1992 and I can honestly say they are reasonable and high recommended.

Went there today to get 2 front tires, brakes looked at, and AC serviced. In 6 hours they managed to get only the 2 tires done and forget that the main reason I brought it in was for my brakes. The tires needed replacing but could have waited. I even said that when I brought it in. Their system is just completely ridiculous. They dont make appointments they just expect you to drop your car off at 7:30 am and they will call you 10 minutes before closing at 5:30pm saying its done. The amount of work you get done doesnt make a difference they still take just as long. They may do good work, but they take a ludicrous amount of time.

Went and got my tire fixed. Got home an noticed $25 missing I will never go back to that place. Guess I should have listened to the sign they had in the waiting room not responsible for missing things n cars guess there employees steal anything. So drove off spending $25 more then what I really did.
