And the delivery service was everything she promised - got a call the night before to confirm the 2-hr delivery window, and a call when they were 20 minutes out. They arrived on the dot - only 30 minutes into the 2-hr window, and were very professional, courteous, careful of my property, and efficient. And the best part - I had the best nights sleep Ive had in FOREVER!!! Im highly satisfied and could not recommend a better experience. When my daughter decided to move off campus we realized a new bed would be needed. Knowing the importance of a good night’s sleep, we wanted her to select the bed personally. Should we purchase here at home or wait until we arrived at school? Phone calls to the college town helped us appreciate the local stores did not carry the brands available in Md so we could not shop here and buy there. In addition, delivery time for a bed to be purchased days before the start of the semester was uncertain. We called several mattress shops in Saint Mary’s looking for options and discovered Mattress Firm can ship from distribution centers around the country. Our sales agent, Angel Fleitez, worked tirelessly to help us pick the right bed at the right price available at the right location. It was complicated and a bit stressful, but Angel navigated the process like a pro. I am grateful that my daughter will have a great quality bed in place before the studying begins! Wow! I worked with Angel and she was amazing!!! She was so easy to talk to very nice and caring!! I first came to her for info on bunk bed mattresses for my sons. I had been shopping around with the info she gave me, went to another mattress store and there was an okay mattress but the price looked great. The next day I went back to Angel and she worked me a GREAT DEAL on a GREAT set of mattresses and matched that great price from the other store!!! We were very impressed by Angel. She was knowledgeable, patient and kind to us as an older couple. She explained every version of mattress and did not use high pressure techniques to purchase. While she worked with us she made sure other customers were not ignored. Angel was very thorough with the paper work so we would not be surprised by anything related to payment, warranty or delivery. When walking into the store, I was greeted by Angel. She was very kind and polite. She was very knowledgeable about everything that had to do with mattresses. She was able to guide me towards a mattress that fit my needs physically and financially. She got me set up with a payment plan that fit my budget and found me a refurbished item that brought down the cost even more.Due to certain circumstances I had to set up my delivery to be weeks in the future. She knew the reason for this and called to double check that the date was still going to work. It was a great thing she called because the date had to be pushed back. Ive been searching for as long as I can remember to find a pillow that 1) Doesnt give me neck pain in the morning, 2) Keeps my head cool, and 3) Doesnt need to be layered with multiple other pillows when I sleep. I tried a bunch of different options and started to think that perfect pillow wasnt out there. I decided to try mattress firm one day, and spoke to the lady there named Angel. She understood my concerns and pointed me to a few options that all have there own benefits. I found a pillow that sounded pleasing and I have never slept so good! I did not plan on purchasing anything, as I went with my friend who needed a mattress. I listed while Ms. Angel (the asst. manager at this location) spoke to my friend about what she wanted to feel the mattress do for her lower lumbar and how shed know she was in proper spinal alignment (Ive never heard of such a thing). It was very informative to listen to and watch, and though I myself did not need a mattress, I took down notes for future reference. She was so pleasant to work with and answered all of our annoying questions. (We had many lol.) I ended up purchasing a pillow from her for now (which also by the way, has a process of its own to make sure you are in proper spinal alignment, she called it pillow fitting me, and its cooling with a warranty of its own!! So neat.) My friend is thrilled with her experience, as am I, and Ms. Angel will be receiving any future business to come from either of us! Thanks again Angel!

Walked in and was kindly greeted by Angel. She was with 2 customers helping them finalize everything. I had to wait quite some time after I knew what I wanted for her to be finished as she was the only employee there. She did fine and that is the only reason I dont give it 5 stars. I went to this location about 2 weeks ago and spoke to the manager Angel Fleites about buying a new queen sized mattress for my room. I had a budget in mind and did not want to go over it. I expressed my concerns to her and she was super understanding. She mentioned 0% financing and I applied for that and was able to get what I wanted with small payments per month. She was very knowledgeable about all the different mattresses and made it really easy to pick the right one. I recommend this store and their service.

My Fiancé and I came in and met with Angel. And her name is so fitting! She was SO kind and SO knowledgeable about her work. She gave us an outstanding deal and answered every question we had. We were on a time crunch and she worked quickly with us, but extremely thoroughly! Spoke with Angel Fleites and Scott Richardson. We bought two mattress that day. Angel dealt with me and Scott dealt with my wife. They are both very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. When mattresses were dropped off, we received a courtesy call the day prior reminding us of the delivery date. Date of delivery, we received a call stating they would be at my house within 45 minutes. Sure enough, they showed up right on time.

Scott was an absolute delight. He was so knowledgeable and did not rush us one bit even though we took him past his hours. Always helpful and polite. And when we were delivered a broken frame he was quick to help us exchange it within an hour of receiving it. I was not a mattress firm fan after my previous experience (bad salesman in jax, florida), but Scott definitely won us over this time.

So I walk in having done some research for a new mattress, I’ve never bought one and I just moved in to an apartment so I need one. I knew minimum about mattress other then I’m confused and I’m about to drop a lot of money on one. So I walk in and a women by the name of angel approach me and greats me to the store, she’s very polite and she seems very different from the rest of people trying to sell you stuff at store. any question I had she give me an answer. she’s on point with her facts about the mattress she sells, she’s the wizard of oz of matters, and it’s amazing to think how can she know all this, this is the type of person to YouTube on informational videos about mattress but better because she’s in person, she was able to get me a head up box thing the box that moves ur head up and down that’s worth $500 for free witch is amazing, in total I paired $740 for everything that would of cost me about $1500 that’s huge savings, IF U NEEDD A MATTRESS SEE HER SHES AMAZING. Do yourself the favor and get what u want for the price u want.

I had the most memorable time there. I have never set foot in a Mattress Store so this was a new experience for me. My sales person Nick Jackson was fantastic. He put us on different mattresses. I learned alot about the different types of sleep and what certain mattress can do to help you sleep better. I have a hard time sleeping so i learned certain things.
