I needed my inspection, oil changed, and a dip stick for my motor oil fixed and they had me in and out within over an hour! They seem like great dudes from what I observed! Highly recommend!

Went to them on Friday because I can CLEARLY see my broken vacuum hose my check engine light is on but m and vacuum hose still broken I paid $310 for them to put my muffler back on but not fix the problem, Im going to sue....I have video proof of before and after the hose is not fixed. So because Im a small black woman thats a reason to lie and not fix my problem going to get my repair or money on MONDAY or I will have a lawyer and get it fixed for free COMPLETELY THIS TIME!!!

They put a motor in my truck, and did a great job. The price they quoted me in the beginning stayed the same even though they had to do extra things and they also put a clutch in. As an added bonus, the air conditioner now works, which didnt work before. Great job guys

Have used them for everything, tires, inspection, brakes and oil change and typically they are A plus. After this last time it will be the last. Took vehicle on Tuesday, said would be ready Wednesday. I received vehicle on Monday. Talked to person on Thursday at 12 part came in and he was working on it. Called at 3:30 another person said part just came in and was getting ready to work on it. Friday closed with no word on vehicle. Finally went on Monday and was told part came in Monday morning. Was never even called to say it was finished.

Best prices! Drove all the way from Charlotte. Great staff. Worked me in without an appointmemt. Would highly recommend. Update I went to three alignment shops in Charlotte to get my 98 tahoe aligned all three failed I told Blake the situation he fit me in and did an awesome job I love this place bit of a drive for me but I dont care they have my business from here on out

Broke my window vent shadesI wasnt worried but then had to keep over night again because speed senor got damaged because wasnt disconnected before dropping axle to install level kitAlso differential vent hose was also broken same reason was not disconnected before dropping axleAlso they didnt install sway bar extending bracket or bumper stopsWhen back 1hr or less later to see what happento those parts and why I was charged to install if didnt get installed only find out the parts miss ing lol* ( throw away so customers dont know)AlsoThe tire sensor sold me didnt work but 2 day s now tire light onBe careful ther way better and honest auto shops in Lexington,ncWait on Blake anoth employee came asking another employee where speed sensors that was in tool box he said must been but on diff car lol, said well they not programed for that car and laughedI normally dont do internet but that guy Blake a joke and shop dont have experience employees

I use to love this place. I cant stand behind liars,though. I had my car towed there to be fixed. I was told it was something they couldnt fix there, which is fine, and they would have it moved over to another shop to be fixed. Days later my car was still sitting outside their shop and when confronted they said it would be moved by the end of the day. It wasnt, but I bet they didnt care about that when they closed the shop for 4 days while my car sat outside the shop. Liars. I guess they only care when they make money off of the job. They could have did what they said they were going to do and kept a customer.

I brought my car for a simple 4 tire change, with tire pressure sensor replacement. They took all morning to change the tires and did not replace the tire pressure sensors. Had to wait and extra two and a half hours for the tire sensor replacement. Had to come back one more time because they did not balanced the tires.. Never had a problem anywhere with the lug nuts; they destroyed the lug nuts using the wrong socket because I clearly heard one of the mechanics telling the tire guy that they keep using the wrong socket for the job. Had to replace all lug nuts for $124 dollars and owner did want to take care of the damaged caused by his own employees. You guessed right, not coming back ever and do not recommend to anyone to change their tires in this shop!

So many good things to say about these guys. First they care about their work and customers. We have been going to Blake for years not only bc his prices are the best but because he stands behind his work and cares when we call. This is a family business that has treated our family like family. Recently we had a manufacturer part not hold up to expectations, causing damage to other parts. Tommy at lexington tire and auto jumped in holding the manufacturer accountable getting not only the manufacturers part replaced but also the other parts and labor. Really turning a horrible situation for our family into a simple inconvenience. We love these guys and will only use the. Forever!

Blake and his team do their very best to facilitate their customers. Even when they are busy as are, they continually stay in contact with the customers in the waiting area. They explain exactly what procedures they are going to do on your vehicle and will not blind side the customer with charges that werent expected.

Came here for new tires. The gentleman at the front desk was respectful and gave a recommended brand/model tire that was in stock. Tire price was fair and he quoted a price that was actually a few dollars more than what I had to pay at checkout. Waiting area was decent and clean and I grabbed a cup of free coffee that was brewed for customers. I played on my phone for about ten minutes sipping on my coffee and they were done! I didnt even get done with the cup I poured and my car was ready. Very good service. I will come back here for sure.

I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the service that we received at Lexington Tire & Automotive! Several weeks ago my sons car started skipping and cutting off. We took it to a local dealers repair shop and we were told it would take over $1000.00 to fix it. I wanted to get a second opinion so we brought it to Lexington Tire & Automotive. They checked it out and said they felt like we had bad gas and it should be fine once it got out of the system. They did not even charge us to look at it. It has been running perfectly since then.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Lexington Tire......everyone was very professional and made sound recomendations based on my specific needs for my vehicle. I was in and out with a full set of tires in no time and a jingle left in my pocket. So glad this business was recomended to me. Okay so 2 months ago i went up here to get all my break pads done because it was time for them to be done. My truck was acting odd about a week after the had fixed the everything. The front driver tire wouldnt want to drive nor would it stop good. So i took it back to get it looked at and wondered why it was not driving good, they said that they couldnt find anything wrong with it... so the rotated the tires and when it was time for me to leave they told me if it happened again that i would need to get my gas line fixed.... THE GAS LINE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TIRE... so i just said okay and left... it was driving okay until tge next day. Then today i took a look at it myself and seen that they did clean the rotor in the front.... BUT tge front break pads was not touched.. after i told them that i needed new break pads all the way around... I WILL NO BE GOING BACK.. i will take my service somewhere else. Thanks for nothing. I mean, who gets break pads just in the back? No one!
