This might be one of Lexingtons best kept secrets. I have been thoroughly impressed with the work from Adam. He is honest, knowledgeable, and most of all competent at what he does. I brought a 4-Wheeler that I purchased from someone online (not working). I quickly realized it was beyond my ability to repair. In the past I would have tried to repair it myself first and then taken it to a shop when I was stumped. I decided to skip that step this time. I found Adams Service or Repair on google and based on the reviews I decided to give him a call. He was friendly but straight forward about the fact that he was about 6 weeks behind on repairs but offered to create a work order for me and call me when it was my turn. After reading his google reviews I figured it would be worth the wait so I waited. I am SOO glad I did. All along the repair process I was informed about what was happening and how much it would cost. Adam took the time to explain what the problem was and what steps he would take to resolve it. It was clear from the beginning that customer satisfaction as well as full transparency were top priorities. As a fellow business owner and repair tech (Computer Repair) I dont find many repair shops that share ALL of my business values. Adams Service or Repair most certainly does. All in all, I am extremely happy with my experience and Adam has a customer for life in me.
