I cannot say enough great things about Lee, Lee, Eric and their team at the Lexington Goodyear store.We drove down to Aiken SC to pickup a beautiful used boat and tow it back home to Akron OH. Less than an hour into our 10 hour return trip 2 trailer tire treads separated. I called from the side of the highway and before I could limp the trailer to their store, Lee had already returned from the distribution center with 2 of the 4 tires we needed. They got us taken care of quickly and back on the road - now safely on the best tires made.Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Caring. And willing to go the extra mile to help a family in need. Thank you!

Ive always had great service at Goodyear. They take care of our car tires and oil changes as well as the tires on our boat and camper. They even repack the grease the camper axles. Great team here in Lexington, SC.

Goodyear was in contact with me often through the process, letting me know what the costs were before doing the work. I would highly recommended Goodyear for any of your automotive needs. They do excellent work and their prices are more than fair!

I come from a family of diehard car enthusiasts. My father owned 42 cars in his short lifetime (From Corvettes to Porsches and Ferraris) and he only had one mechanic. My wife is the daughter of an expert mechanic/NASCAR crew chief and grew up in garages. To say we are critical of mechanics is an understatement. After I had a negative experience at NTB, I started looking for a mechanic elsewhere and stumbled across Goodyear. Eric, Lee, and the rest of the guys at Goodyear are incredible. Aside from being highly skilled mechanics, theyre good people who do everything within their power to service your car at a reasonable price.Ive been going to this location for over a year and recommend them to anyone who needs a quality mechanic. They have worked me into their schedule at the last minute any time Ive needed them to. Check a car were thinking of buying while were on a test drive? Theyve done it. Need a last minute oil change before heading out of state on unexpected road trip? Done that too. They will do anything and everything to repair your car and save you money in the process. I needed a brake job this morning and they worked me at the start of their day today. On rare occasions, an issue has arisen that was beyond the scope of what theyre able to do in their garage. And on those rare occasions, they had another trusted mechanic they could refer me to.I cannot speak highly enough of Eric, Lee, and all the other guys at Goodyear Lexington. They are amazing mechanics who are looking to assist customers with their mechanic needs without ripping people off. And I will continue bringing my cars to them for many years to come.

Gave a fair price on a set of tires for our Ford Escape. Only slight negative was that it took 3 hours install time. Very friendly and helpful and will use again.

I can not say enough about the excellent customer care I received at good year. What would normally be a simple job turned into a nightmare because of what other shops had done. The store manager Lee Thomas went above and beyond to help us get everything straight. Marcus and Rob spent hours correcting the problem and offered us a ride to get the correct parts we needed. Im amazed and very thankful for their help.

I had a no-stress, pleasing experience with the staff at this location. Even though I arrived before hours, they quickly arranged to fix my tire stem problem. My tire issues were trivial but the the technician treated it as if very important. His work was excellent, and he offered to check pressure in all my tires and put the spare back in its place under the truck bed. His attitude was superb that early in the morning and his shop area was clean. Some days later, my wife tried them out with an A/C problem and they showed the same customer care and service at a reasonable price.

Following a traumatic experience with our local NTB my husband ended up at Goodyear. My father was a NASCAR crew chief in the 60s and 70s and a lifelong mechanic. Finding true, knowledgeable mechanics is a rarity nowadays and finding them with ones who have a conscience is almost unheard of. The guys at Goodyear have been a godsend. Theyve done everything they can to keep our car running (My husband is a personal/rideshare driver and weve put 100,000+ miles on our car) and to save us as much money as possible.A couple days ago, we ran into an unexpected issue and they did everything they could to keep the car running on short notice until we can order parts. My husband just got a call to drive a client out of state and was concerned about the temporary fix on the car. Spencer, Robert, and Eric kept the shop open on the 4th of July to more permanently resolve our issue and enable my husband to confidently take our car on an almost 1,000 mile trip.Every decision theyve made regarding the maintenance on our car has been done so with the priority of keeping our costs low and the service quality high. When they havent been able to resolve something for us in a timely manner, they contact another trustworthy mechanic and refer us to them for additional assistance.In a time when customer service is a conveyor belt mentality, its nice to know we have neighborhood mechanics who are willing to take the time to service our car with detail and accuracy. They believe in taking the time to do the job right the first time. This is a great garage with a fantastic crew and we will be returning to them again and again.

I had an 11:00 appointment yesterday. I showed up at 11:00 and was told it would take about 1and 1/2 hours even with an appointment . So I walked around for 2 hours only to return to see my car where I left it. I was told that I was next and it would take an additional 45 minutes. I ask for my keys back. I wasted 3 hours of my day. I did not ask for a specific time, I ask what they had available. There was no apology or comment what so ever, they just handed me my keys. Terrible service!!!

For the last 3 years, this autoshop has been our familys go to for oil change and everything automobile....and.I go there for the times when my car tires needs to be checked....and the employeesare more than willing and friendly to stop whatever they are doing whenever possible to extend courtesy service such as putting air in the car tires.....for free!

After waiting on triple AAA to come for 1.5 hours because my battery was dead and then they state they didnt have a replacement for my car. I got my car to the Goodyear dealer and they promptly replaced the battery! I cant thank them enough!

Ordered set of 4 Goodyear Assurance Maxlife tires online and scheduled appointment to have installed. Called morning of appointment to confirm. Showed up early for appointment and told they had the wrong tires from the wharehouse. So, I took time off from work to make appointment and their response to not having the correct tires was only - we are not the wharehouse. I can understand the negative reviews I see relating to customer service.

Dirty rotten. Quoted me a price, did the work and when I went in to pick up my car, they charged me close to $150 over the estimate. The next day, my car started overheating to the point I had to pull it over and let the engine cool multiple times getting home from work. I took it back and they claimed there was an enormous hole in my radiator and it needed to be replaced for over $400. We took it home and let a mechanic friend take a look. The radiator was perfectly fine. He told us they probably drained it to give us a reason to come back. Its been over 6 months since then and Ive never had another issue with the radiator. I would never step foot into this crooked establishment again. Dont give them the opportunity to cheat you.

Customer service is terrible! I called them to ask them about my tires warranty. They didnt want to give me any info AT ALL!. they wanted me leave the car for analysis. I lost a day of work because I had to leave the car so they can take a look AND GIVE A BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT WARRANTY, SUCH AS IS STILL VALID OR IF THE HOLE I HAD IS INCLUDED... Guess what? the warranty had expired! why they couldnt let me know that over the phone before I lost a day of work!!! Horrible experience!! prices are super high and they dont have any consideration of the customer!

I called and explained that my car is at a mechanic shop to have a lug nut removed from a tire that is flat. I explained and explicitly said my car is immobile. I talked to Eric the “manager” about my situation I said I was coming to get a tire to fix the flat and come back to buy 4 more tires so he would have sold 5 tires to 1 customer. Totaling $700 which he lost because when I had talked to him he DID NOT say I couldn’t bring a tire out the store so I could fix my flat tire. My Fiancée wasted time going to his store by making us believe we could get a tire. I called him after being informed about not being able to get the tire all he had to say was “well that’s your problem.”Wouldn’t be surprised all these 5 stars were generated from the store from fake accounts so they can get customers to come in due to the “spectacular” ratings.Shoutout to NTB for being 5 minutes from this shop and being able to get me a tire in 10 minutes.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Went in on a Sunday, with a screw in my tire. Waited in the lobby for a good 10 minutes. One of the employees walked in and slammed paperwork on the counter and walked out. A couple minutes later another employee waked out from the back and asked if I needed help. I explained what was wrong, he said he could help, I asked if it would be the guy who just walked out, counter guy gave some excuses as to why the guy was mad and told me it would be between now and 7pm before I could get my tire repaired. Very rude. I walked out. Went to Firestone, they have pleasant customer service and got me in and out. I will never go to goodyear again!

They told me that Honda did not recommend anything less than full synthetic for my 2017 car. I showed them the manual that said conventional oil was recommended but synthetic COULD be used but they refused to budge. They just wanted to charge another $25.00

Took my wifes car here to have a tire put on. Tire is fine but the dent on the side of the car that wasnt there before they are claiming they didnt do it. But dont you think I would have seenit since I just put a spare tire on right before?

Took care of my flat while I waited in less than a hour... very happy with their customer service and friendliness!

Last March I had my ignition coils malfunction and they needed replaced. They charged me for four coils and four spark plugs and only changed two of each. I paid $597.69 for a half completed job. Stay away! They will rip you off!
