The owner is always running around. I would recommend this place to anyone because even though the owner is always running around him and his employees know what they are doing and that have your vehicle done in less than 30 minutes unless they are busy. The longest time I have had to wait on my vehicle is 1 or 2 days but it is worth the wait because I know my vehicle is in good hands.

Sold us new tires for my wifes car. Ordered them for next day delivery and they got us in and out. They were friendly and easy to deal with so well be moving our oil changes and inspections to this location

Welcome Tire & Automotive stands behind the work that they do.I was from out of the area and had an alternator go bad in my Acura. Welcome Tire replaced the alternator. About 1 month later, the alternator was going bad again. It was determined that the first alternator had a problem. Welcome Tire worked with my local shop to ensure that the alternator was replaced under warranty and then covered the labor cost for my shop to replace it. You cant find better customer service than that. Thanks!

I was reading some of there reviews and they said great pricing so I took 4 tires down to be mounted and balanced. They wanted $140.00 dollars to mount and balance 4 tires..I believe they call that price gouging..aka highway robbery

Honest mechanic, which is a rarity these days. Theyve been the go-to shop for me for almost two decades. I now drive an import, which they dont specialise in, but I still like to take it to them for oil changes and inspections to reward their honest practice.

They charged me $60 to get two wheel borrow wheels patched. If you’re a female, do not go into this place! Total rip off. I should have asked the price up front. That’s my fault! 😤

The place to go when you need new tires for your car or truck. Friendly and knowledgeable staff & competetive prices. Well worth the 15 minute drive from Winston Salem. Will be back soon for another new set of tires for second vehicle.

I had a flat tire and took my car in to get tire looked at. They could not fix it, due to hole in side wall, but sold me a used tire for a reasonable amount. They had me in and out in around a half hour. Fast service and very courtious. Will get new tires in a couple months hopefully.
