Absolutely the best purchase we have made in awhile! We bought a 27 ft Oasis from them and it’s amazing plenty of room easy to take care of and manage chemicals, we added the ionizer to our package and wow so easy to maintain water clarity and chemicals! The entire purchase from grading to installation has been great too wait time was just as they said! Everyone has been 100% helpful from the pool store to Jason answering all of my questions anytime I text him he is right there to help! Didnt buy a pool from here but the staff is very knowledgeable and I appreciated their insight on pools.

We read the reviews and decide to go with Leisure Life. Paid the down payment which was half of the cost of the pool. They accepted the signed check and said it would be 6 to 8 weeks and when the pool was installed then the rest of the payment would be due. Well we received a call last week from Jason and they were ahead of schedule and the guy who grades would be here this week but…they changed their policy. We would now need to pay the balance up front. In SC this is known as breach of contract which does not have to be written. The acceptance of the check constitutes an agreement. Seem like nice people but when you accept a customer you do not change the agreement in the middle. Terrible business practice. Needless to say we now have a membership to Top Spin. Jason thanks for your “Good luck in getting a pool comment” it was an eye opener.

If you are looking for a first rate store go no further. From start to finish and for years to come Jason and his crew us there fir you. I have been a customer for 15 plus years, bought two pools and will never look for another business

Amazing customer service, amazing prices, and amazing work. The whole experience with this company was amazing. All the way from purchasing in the store as well as installation. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a great deal and a trustworthy install.

I have yet to purchase a pool from Jason at Leisure Life, however he has held my hand for months now with assisting me along the way with a purchase. He has been patient, has explained all recommendations and non-recommendations. The fact that he has treated me with kindness, answered every call and email has helped me to make my mind up and chose Leisure Life. Thank you for everything you have helped me through and I hope we will close on this project in the next week.

Excellent service. My wife and I went in to buy a pool, staff was very professional and showed us our options and told us a date when installation would take place. They were there on the date and time they stated and quickly went to work. I have put up and down a pool every year for over 10 years and knew it was time to make an investment in a quality more permanent pool and Leisure Life made that easy. I would highly recommend them for your pool needs.

We love our pool, and the pattern on the outside is unique it is a nice addition to our home. It is the easiest pool we have ever had to take care of with the ionizer.The guys helped balance the water first time and then easy. Thanks

We are seriously considering a 27 x 52 inch above ground pool with Leisure Life Pools & Spas. They have a nice outdoor set up complete with decking, choice of stairs - it really gives the customer plenty of variety to make a good choice. We will make our final decision this Thursday May 7th

We bought from a different company because leisure life didnt tell us that we could have a deep end. I spoke to them later, and they said oh yea, we couldve done that. Too late, ive bought on elsewhere.

My experience with Robert was exceptional as for as customer service is concerned. He is setting me up with a spa. Every time I call in, he is there to help.

Purchased my pool from Robert many (like 8) years ago. Its a 28 round 52 walls. Came with a cartridge filter. For years he talked with me about changing over to a sand filter with an ionizer. I kept ignoring him and struggled with algae, pool maintenance, etc. Year after year. Id have to vacuum once or twice weekly at about an hour each time and wipe walls down with clorox to keep pool looking decent.Well this year I had to replace the liner (April 2018). After several discussions I agreed it was time to move to a sand filter and an ionizer. I am shocked at the difference. WOW, the pool stays Crystal clear and maintenance, maybe 10 minutes a week. UNBELIEVABLE. THANKS ROBERT. If you dont have an Ionizer, do yourself a huge favor and get one. Youll love it.
