Service Department is not trustworthy and does not consider it customers valuable.I scheduled an appointment 1 week out, they said I had the first appointment of the day but drive-ups come first. I asked why is that, they had no answer. The day of my appointment I was first in line first thing in the morning, this time I was told that I would have to wait til the weeks work was caught up, why would you even be open then if you can not take care of your customers.But the worst part is, you must be well educated and sure of what you need, the Service Department will lie about repairs to get work.My background is i am an Ambulance Mechanic. I work on Ford F450 chassis week in and week out. I took my F350 to them for an alignment. 2015 with only 70,000 miles. After making me wait for my appointment and then another 2 hours, they came to me and said my truck can not be aligned. The tie rod ends are frozen and not adjustable and the track bar can not be adjusted. I asked them repeat the problems. I then asked how a truck with low miles and no rust is not adjustable. I then asked about the Track Bar. they said it has to be replaced, it can not be adjusted. Well they are correct its a part that can not be adjusted, that is the way it is designed. SO when I questioned what they were doing, the service writer got nervous and went in the back for 20 minutes. He then came back and told me my drag link was bad.When I got the truck home, I inspected my steering, there was no indication what so ever they even attempted to loosen nuts or adjustments. Normal dirt was not disturbed.I took my truck to a certified reputable repair shop down the road. No issues with the alignment.They Will Charge You For Parts Not Needed.DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIPUPDATE: I was contacted by Nick from the dealership, who seems to be the clean-up guy. He was understanding and understood what happened. He wanted to make it right, his attempt was very admirable. I will be cautiously giving the place a second chance.

I have had some good and bad experiences here. But when I do have a bad experience some of the employees care to help fix it. Brandon helped me with an issue I had with brakes and rotors that where done on my car. I will be back just cuse of the customer service of willing to fix issues.New visit- Someone must have been having a bad day. We for sure will not be back, we found Christian brothers. Awesome place, been there a few times now. Always a great experience.
Over priced, actually tried to sell me a car that I did not like.
Very slow service even with an appointment. They let you wait between 2 and 2:30 hours for an oil change or you wait 1hour and 30 minutes for a diagnostic. Ridiculous!
Fair
