These guys did such a great job on installing an alarm in my car Im going back for seconds on another car.

Called Sturgess Customs three weeks ago to get an appointment for my boat. Jesse told me that he was booked three weeks out but to call back then and he would get me in. I thought it was weird that he didnt give me an actual appointment date and that I would have to call back but still decided to wait. Three weeks passed and I called back and he told me that it would be another three weeks but he would add me to his wait-list. Im confused why I wasnt added to the wait-list the first time I called. My husband does know Jesse but only as an acquaintance. We never expected him to drop everything to do us any type of favor. We just wanted to be treated like regular customers and get an actual appointment to get work done.

Tried to install a new head unit myself, but for some reason wasn’t getting any sound. Took it to Sturgess to have them look at it. They figured out what’s was wrong, found the right part, and had it installed and ready to go within an hour of bringing it in. 100% satisfied, thank you guys

Jesse and his crew did a top notch job on my truck. I have one of those Z92 Silverados that America Luxury Coaches in Florence builds. This is a $65K truck before I put all my upgrades on it so naturally Im very picky about who touches it. After it was broken into a couple weeks ago I decided on a high end security system. Jesse installed one of Vipers finest and even did it on black Friday! The work is clean and nice and I enjoyed the conversation with the crew. Really good people. This will be my permanent go to.

My amp was installed...1 screw to hold it in place for stability and I had to tune my own amp. My gain was all the way down!

I had a streeteagle gps installed in my corvette by another company. The technical guys suggested Sturgess as they have a relationship together. So I made an appointment with Sturgess to diagnose the problems to get it working again. Jesse was able to listen and determine it was the app and not the unit totally avoiding having to take my dash apart unnecessarily. I left happy with great attention to me and feeling like an important customer. I will be back when other stereo needs arise. I could not be happier with Sturgess Customs. Jesse and his team took good care of me. I came to them with a situation with my headlights on my 2013 Cadillac SRX. For some reason the headlights were giving me and my wife trouble when it came to driving at night. We were unable to see at night when we driving and we decided to go to Sturgess instead of going to the Cadillac dealership in Northeast, Columbia. That was the BEST MOVE we could have ever made.Jesse consulted us and gave us a solution with some LED headlights that were half the price of the dealership. This repair was done more than a month ago, and I am sad that it took me a month to do this review. But I stand by my review just like they stand by their work. Will definitely be going back to them again when it comes time to get a new stereo system for my car as well - wish there was more than 5 stars!!!!!

I work Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm and I dont have the time to get the things I ordered and already paid for it just sucks that theyre closed on Saturdays and sundays so now I cant get the things I ordered at all. They were very friendly and helpful when I was looking to add a subwoofer to my Jeep Wrangler. I ended up with the diamond powered sub and I LOVE IT! The sub sounds great, installation was clean, and customer service was top notch. I highly recommend this place if you need some work done.

Awesome job! They know what they are doing! I was replacing a factory radio with a new radio that supports carplay. After trying for hours to get the backup camera to work, I took it to them, and they went over and above trying to get everything working. It took some trial and error, but they patiently worked through the problem and now it works like a dream! They were very friendly and knowledgeable, I will definitely use them from now on.

Jessie did excellent work on my 03’ impala. I came in not knowing what was wrong, only that my subs weren’t playing any more. He diagnosed the problem fast and with ease while i watched. After finding the problem he fixed it with parts on hand and was able to get me back on the road that day, along with making my system the loudest stereo system I’ve ever had in my 10 years of dealing with stereos. When I’m ready for more speakers, this is the only place I’m going to go! And it always makes me feel better giving my hard earned money to a local small business owner working hard for his money just like me! I recommend this to anyone looking for a stereo upgrade!!!

Got a dash cam as well as new front speakers installed in my 09 Corolla. Jesse took care of me. I enjoyed watching a movie while I waited. He also fixed the wiring and mounted my sub woofer that had been previously, unprofessionally installed. Saved me a bunch of money by replacing my cigarette lighter fuses that had blown and been broken for years. The dealership told me they would have to charge me the $86 diagnostic fee bc fuses didnt fix cig lighter issues. Now I can charge my phone. Will likely return for more business in the future. He does great work. Had him install some LED headlights I bought. He had to modify some things to make them fit. Hes a little expensive in my opinion but worth it. Him and his seceratary seem like good people to work with. Overall a great service and he was fast.

I cant say enough good things about Sturgess Customs. I started going there about 5 years ago starting with the stereo on my Road Glide which was phenomenal compared to the factory stereo, and then the aftermarket kit that i had installed. Then have been back again and again for new head units, LED light bars, weather tech floor mats, and other vehicle accessories that i have installed on my wifes SUV and my truck. I have had one issues come up with my head units where they needed to have the software updated and he wedged me in real quick and knocked that out. Also sent a friend of mine over there that was having an issues with his window motor and he brought him in real fast and fixed it while it was raining. I would never recommend anywhere else to go, as I will never go anywhere else for parts that i need for my radio and truck accessories. Thanks Sturgess Customs for being a shop that i can count on, and know that it will be quality work done every time.
