Floor Mart replaced the carpet in my master bedroom and it was a great experience.Lisa the sales consultant was very helpful and communicated all the information to me in a timely manner.Installing crew did a wonderful job, professional, polite and left my home very clean.I will definitely use them again.I highly recommend this family owned company.

Told my carpet would be here in 2 days... Ended up being over 2 weeks. Even worse, I had to call and check on it.... when they told me it was in... and had been in. They just never called me to come get it.
