Superb service - Noah will still adjust and fix my lenses with a smile, even if its been years since I bought those frames. I moved out of town a long time ago, and still return here for the sake of service. Eye exams with Yale are also wonderful - I never feel rushed and he explains everything and happily answers every question.

Gordon Optical and Gordon Eye Associates are adjacent businesses run by two brothers - I get my annual eye check up and then walk to the glasses side to get my prescription filled. They are friendly and efficient. Great service. Highly recommend.

Dear Gordon Optical: Allow me to explain why youve lost me as a repeat customer. Just a few months ago I ordered new glasses from your shop. All in all, a fine experience. I now find myself overseas for two months and my old backup glasses have developed a yellowish hue with multiple scratches. Wanting to get the lenses replaced on my backup glasses, I needed to decide whether I should do it while Im traveling overseas or wait another month until I get back to Lexington. So I called Gordon Optical to find out how much it would cost me to replace my lenses back home and was utterly shocked to find out that they have a policy of not quoting insurance-adjusted pricing over the phone. Whats the point of being a loyal customer if youre going to treat me like you dont know me.

The place is run by two brothers and I went there to check my eyes as some virus affected me. The place is very clean and also the doctor there is very friendly and he checked my eyes carefully and give me some suggestion for what to keep in mind for my eyes.

I had a really good experience at Gordon Optical. Dr. Shriber is very professional and personable. I am not great at selecting out frames. I asked them to select them for me. I have gotten so many compliments on them. Also Dr. Shriber did an excellent job at selecting the lenses. I highly recommend them
