The ice coffee and Air Conditioning, much much, appreciated on a hot day like today on my bike

I was so glad to see that they cater for diabetics. My husband and I had the no sugar added option. My kids had the Bourbon Pecan Pie flavor along with the Caramel Cheesecake flavor. We also had the donut balls and a chocolate brownie from the attached dunkin donuts. Christopher our server was so friendly and polite. I will definitely return.

Weird Baskin Robbins. Only about 8 flavors, most unlabeled. They will only accept TMobile coupons during certain hours but wont tell you until after theyve scooped your ice cream. Big disappointment. Go to Rancs around the corner. (Unless you have a coupon like we did)

Went to get ice cream and use coupon for $5 off and it was packed. Employee yelled that they were closed for more people because he didnt want to stay late. Not great way to handle the situation.

Price was good, quality was good as well. Staff was not very engaging. Is a convenient location in Lexington Center off the bike path good break to a long ride!

Definitely not open at 7:04pm. The website says open until 7pm but gmaps says open til 8

Not sure what the deal is, but the hours do not seem right. I have been here a number of times well in advance of closing time, but the doors are locked. I can see someone working in there. I wish they would post accurate hours so I don’t waste my time trying.

Disgusting behavior by the 2 ladies that are there in the evening. Very rude for no reason, she assumed I was “rolling my eyes” while I was looking up to read the menu, their hours are not the same as google. I drove from so far to come here just because it said it was open when we got there she was extremely extremely rude and did not even acknowledge the fact that there are confused customers instead started yelling and saying we’re closed.

Bad service.Entered in at before 7 but they refused to serve because we were late by a few seconds and according to google the actual closing time is 8.

All the ice cream flavors that I remember from my childhood. The bubblegum is a “must try”

Literally this place is the only one for 50 miles. We called this morning if they had the stranger things cream flavors. They said they did so we drove 40 miles to get here to find out they have nothing related to stranger things at all. I even took a day off to get here just to have a huge disappointment.

Most people take a few minutes of the wait to decide what theyre going to order, so it doesnt take long at all to get to the front of the line.

Standard B-R. A lot of flavors of good but unexceptional ice cream

Good service, little choice: no bran muffins or chocolate cream filled doughnuts; very limited bagels and munchkins selection.

As a Baskin Robbins, this place is definitely disappointing. No waffle cones, only about 8 flavors of ice cream. Staff was fine and the location was clean, but it just doesnt really hold up to expectations for BR.

One of the workers was doing a great job trying to make my drink. The other worker came back in and was rude and condescending to me. A Baskin Robins mocha cappuccino blast tastes way better than a Dunkin Donuts frozen coffee. Just because they share the space doesnt mean the drink tastes the same and The rude kid tried to convince me they did.

Drove 45 minutes to try their moms making cookies ice cream. Store didnt have it, and they didnt have many other flavors Basjin Robbins advertised on the website (Im talking a total of 8 options...). Chose a different flavor and ordered a cookie Sunday, and the girl gave me a cookie sandwich (different product). Also, my boyfriend ordered a coffee at the attached dunkin and the entire cup was ice. Every other dunkin fills it about a third to half way. VERY disappointed considering what we paid.
