On 8/27/21 the torsion spring on one of my garage doors decided it had done enough work and quit! It quit alright with a bang! Being the dutiful homeowner and some capability to make repairs I opted for I can fix this. Started searching YouTube how to replace garage door springs. Watched several and figured I got this! Now to buy a spring! Too long for delivery so on 8/30 I went to MAC Garage Door. The young man at the desk wasnt sure if they had what I needed but pleasantly went to search! About five minutes later he returns with a spring! Comparably priced to what I found online too! Now I return home and start the replacement process! Hah! Hah! Seems my garage door is a low clearance something or other and the spring gets wound the opposite way! Didnt see that in any YouTube videos! Called MAC the morning of the 31st and Roy/Randy? said someone would be out later in the afternoon! Great! At about 1130 Brant calls and says he can be at my house in about 30 mins. Hooyah! Brant arrives looks at the cables and says no need for new ones lets get this done!Thanks MAC Garage Doors! Will most definitely recommend you guys!

From start to finish, MAC Garage Door Company provided professional, timely, and friendly service. Their prices were better than competitors, and their product line offered superior options for the price.The estimator found cracks in our frame of where the garage door goes on the house; I was impressed with this thoroughness, as the other two companies never mentioned the need. This, also, made installation easier on the day of install because they were able to have everything on the truck for the job!From the removal of the old door and equipment to total install of the new door, everything was left neat and tidy without a trace of materials left behind. (If you’ve ever had work done and found nails, garbage, and debris left behind after the job was done, then you can appreciate the importance of how well Mac cleaned up.)Mac employees appear to be really happy with their employment and proud of the job they do! This totally shows in a job well done!Mac was able to get my old door working so that we’d be okay until the manufacturer shipped our door. They scheduled the door as soon as they had tracking for arrival and installed the door the same week!(None of the other companies to whom I reached out could hold a candle to Mac. One of the other company’s estimators actually insulted me, my garage, and my house—that was, also, the highest of the estimates! Another gave the estimate and never even bothered to call back to see if we were interested. Some of my first calls with other companies went unreturned. Those I did reach all had the same sob story about their door manufacturers not able to send their doors for six weeks because of COVID-19 and that once they got the door it could be installed within two weeks.)My brother-in-law had Mac Garage Door Company replace his garage door about a year ago. He highly recommended them! He’s had zero issues with his new door. They love it! I should have only called Mac and never bothered with the other estimates!

I bought 3 doors from mac garage door company. It took awhile to get because of covid. Levi called me every few days to update me on the installation date. That meant alot to me. I knew what to expect. The install when great no problems at all. I added on some things to my doors a few weeks later. On the day we scheduled they was here at 8 am and they called when they was on the way.. very easy company to do business with. Everyone is friendly. Thanks mac doors..

My spring broke on my door and helped me be able to use my garage door again as well as were very prompt in answering questions and getting my quote for a new door. I have never received the quality of service, from any company, as I did from any other company. I had added insulation to my garage door, which added weight, and broke the springs prematurely. New springs had to be selected to carry the additional load. The mechanic went to a local distributor to pick up temporary springs, and returned to install them, so that I had access to my garage over the weekend.On Monday he returned to weight the door. The new springs were determined, and the mechanic went to the distributor, picked up the new springs, and installed them. This was accomplished, and I was only charged the standard installation, plus the cost of the springs. MAC is beyond fair, and the quality of service is 5 star.

We had 2 old garage door motors and had purchased two new ones at an auction but upon inspection the MAC Door Tech found they had parts missing. So, instead of charging us to put new units in, he took parts from the new ones and got the old ones working. They just charged for 2 hours of labor. We were IMPRESSED. They got here when they said they would and were extremely helpful.

These guys are great! I was considering using another company in Lexington, but out of necessity of immediate repair found MAC Garage Door online and gave them a call. Levi and the gang are VERY responsive, which is somewhat rare these days. Love the doors and they were quick to come out and adjust one of the brackets holding the tension bar spring and replace a bad sensor on the opener (on original opener, not installed by Mac Door). When/if we build again they will be the first Garage Door Company we call.

Over the weekend I came home to a garage door that wouldnt open and found that one of the springs were broken. Based on the various reviews I called Mac Garage Door Co. on Monday morning. They and were able to send a technician the same day to clamp the spring so I could use the door and also verify the replace spring that was need.Fortunately they returned on Tuesday and completed replacement of both springs and tuned the garage that now works better than ever. I thought their price was a little high but I didnt do any comparison shopping and I think most things are expensive.The technician was very informative and efficient. I would definitely recommend and use their services in the future.

Stopped by to see about getting coil type door springs replaced for 2-car garage. Came out and measured next morning, came back and did repair following morning. Set it perfectly and I can literally open the door easily with one finger they balanced it so well. End bill was under estimate - what contractor ever does that? :) Replacement springs look like they are much higher quality than what I had. I went with them because of recommendation of person I work with. He said they did his work fast, for reasonable cost, and right the first time. I had same experience.
