I had a vison for my new kitchen and wanted a unique color and design for my counter tops. Mary at Coast to Coast was able to find what I wanted! I told her what I wanted for my kitchen and bathrooms, emailed her the house plan and she made my vision come to life! I cannot wait to see the finished product.

Shopping and selling experience was fine; today was template day, supposed to be here between 9 and 10 am, called last night to make it between 9 am and noon; i called James at 11:30 said it would be 1 pm, just talked to him, said hed be there in 5 minutes, it is now 3:10 pm and my wife has been home waiting for over 6 hours. I hope this isnt a sign of things to come; the situation was rectified, all is good, looking forward to the install

Stay away from these incompetent amateurs. They cut my counters wrong. The installer then cut a slot on the new drywall and inserted the counters in to the studs. When this didn’t get the sink where it needed to be he smashed apart my new cabinet with a hammer and pulled the face out destroying it. The seam between the sections was way off and the installer took a grinder to it. The owner could care less, says this is normal and acceptable . He sent a person out that finally showed up after missing the first scheduled appointment and the guy hacked off the lip of the underhung granite sink. After several weeks waiting for the next person he sent still has not shown up. The owner Bill has lied repeatedly about what was said and what will be done to correct this nightmare . Save yourself the heartache of a nightmare that this company is and save yourself the time and attorney fees i will spend to hold this scumbag accountable

After a minor hiccup early in the process, these guys helped us so much with our new island! They did a fantastic job, from the sale to the instillation! Their customer service is superb, by far the best in the city! Everywhere else we went to was far less welcoming and helpful as these guys were. If you are looking for a quality company that treats its customers with respect, this is the place to go!

The sales person did not follow through on my instructions regarding my $1,600 deposit thus causing me issues with my checking account. The owner never responded to my email.

I went to coast to coast looking for something to make a step up to my retaining wall in the backyard. Igor showed me some granite remnants and suggested the I take a piece and cut it myself. He explained how I should do it and said “you can do it, it’s not that difficult”. I took his advice and it turned out great. Thanks for the granite and confidence to do it myself. Love the end result.

Excellennt salespeople at the Lexington location (worked with Dean for my kitchen counter, bathroom vanity counter, and bathroom sink). Wouldve been a 5 star review but they were late the day of the install. No complaints about the install once they did get there though!

Coast to Coast just completed putting in new quartz countertop and subway tile backsplash. They did a beautiful job. Neat and perfection on the install.Stop by their showroom and see some of their beautiful work. Then go out to the shop on back to see all the slabs of the product they offer.They will make sure you are happy.

Coast to coast has a lot of options for your new countertops, it was so hard to choose just one style. I went with the fantasy brown for my kitchen and I couldn’t be more happy. It looks beautiful installed. I worked with Igor and couldn’t recommend him enough. Even referred a friend and her counters for coast to coast are beautiful too!!

We really enjoyed the service. Igor, the manager, gave us a great deal, helped us decide on the right colors and style. We received countertops and an island. Our experience was awesome.
