Sady, under New Management I did not get a warm feeling as a woman of color. There was a particular situation that clearly demonstrated that when I was told one thing and they turned around and did something totally different. They have issues with people of color.

They were really nice, but they were clueless about even the most basic supplements. They couldn’t even answer questions about the products they do carry. I’ve experienced that lack of knowledge at big chain stores, but never at a small shop like this one.

6/2/21 approximately 130pm (can check cameras) Came in store walked by 3 staff members not 1 greeted or even said hello. All I got was them looking me up and down like what are you doing in here. Only one that greeted was the woman in the meat department. Ill continue to go to earth fare and garners from now on.

This store is a wealth of information, for natural foods, supplements, nutrition & more.Literally a one stop shop for all your nutritional needs.They have a very knowledgeable staff that delivers friendly service.This health food store has a wide assortment of everything & anything.

Coming from Greece, the commercial milk in the US is garbage, even the organic, with synthetic vitamin D and artificial flavor. It tastes nasty and causes indigestion. SO I was really glad when i found out this store carries raw milk and raw dairy products!I come here every week for the raw milk (i get from both the local farms they carry), the raw goat milk and the duck eggs and other free range eggs. I also find other amazing local produce. I have 3 raw organic eggs with raw milk every day, cant live without raw milk. Im really sad tho to see that the eggs and the milk, cow and goat are unsold, so Im hoping more folks discover the benefits of raw milk and support local farms. Also raw milk cured my spring allergies and my adult acne is gone. They also have a neat rewards program so you get money off. Pasteurized milk is dead milk and causes lactose intolerance.Some more info on raw milk. Pasteurization (from the villain Pasteur was) is the way the factories cover up the diseased milk from the sick cows that contains pathogens so it must be boiled to be safe. Furthermore the heat causes the milk sugars to become cauterized and this is why people have lactose intolerance. Healthy grass fed cows equals good bacteria which we need. Raw milk has cured diseases from polio, to cancer and diabetes according to Aajonus Vonderplanitz PhD. Pasteurization destroys all beneficial bacteria, all enzymes and vitamins, and at least half of the calcium. It destroys approximately 20% of the iodine that is naturally found in milk. Raw milk contains higher amounts of vitamin C - part of that vitamin is destroyed in the pasteurization process. Even worse, pasteurized milk makes part of the calcium it contains insoluble. This makes you more likely to develop bad teeth, and problems with your nervous system.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Excellent selection of whole and vegan foods. Even has a small deli for smoothies and healthy meals. Great local place for health conscious people. Absolutely love!

This local small business has protocol in place to make sure customers (and awesome staff) are safe during this virus time. Very impressed to see the owner on a Sunday afternoon greeting people, wiping down carts, and making sure we put on gloves to keep us all safe.It is a small store, but it has everything I need. Less is more. And their organic produce prices seem to cost less than other groceries and also they offer 30% sales at 2x/wk. Cannot beat it.I love 14 Carrot, who they are and what they provide to the community.

Extremely impressed with additional COVID-19 safety measures they have in place.Provided shoppers with hand sanitizer, gloves and masks, as well as limiting store capacity.Highly recommend.

The staff is VERY attentive and welcoming!! I wish I had more money to spend here! I appreciate the items ( especially local items) they sale! Super clean and a great place to get organic, farm raised, gluten free food!! And you can buy raw products by the pound!! How cool!! Great for anyone who is health conscious!

A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Lots of options you can’t get anywhere else. Definitely a must for those who want to have a great organic option.

Ed and his employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Lots of employees to help you find things and answer questions. Really good products, fresh organic vegetables, and a health food deli. Refrigerator and freezer sections. Raw milk.They are happy to offer samples and make special orders. My wife and I love this place.

They have so much of a selection. All natural. Great business hours, oh so friendly and helpful staff. Different sales going on and their products are fantastic. I highly recommend! My favorite place now.

I like coming here but when I walk in the staff doesn’t even greet me. I walked up to the juice counter to order and the two women gossiped back and forth and didn’t even acknowledge me. I stood there waiting for a few minutes until one glanced at me and said “oh did you need something?” I don’t feel very good about the service any time I come here, which is unfortunate because I do like the products they offer.

They have the best deli and best muffins.

Ive been coming here with my family for well over 10 years, now as an adult I continue to shop here until today. I went in to get my silver soap something they didnt even carry until my mom begged for it about 3 years back and wanted to get some Biotin type supplements . I literally had someone run over and treat me like a thief to the point where it cut my shopping experience in half. Im literally in the parking lot debating on where to go this is sad, I want to cry I loved 14 carrot

Excellent product offering. Were not big meat eaters but when we do buy it we only want humanely raised animals. My wife and I really appreciate their service at 14 Carrot too. Ed, the manager, is a good guy!

Nice organic food store not too far off the interstate. A nice selection of health foods and soda alternatives to full a couple more hours on the road through middle land merica

Love this store. They have the best produce in town and make the best smoothies Ive ever had. Everyone that works there are very nice and willing to help you out any way possible. I highly recommend 14 Carrot!

Friendly and healthy food. They put on events fairly often. A little too expensive likely to pay for the extra staff trying to sell essential oils and homeopathic remedies.

I like this place. The produce and foods are top notch. I also really love the customer service I get from them. If you go often enough they even know you by name. Also they have a rewards program that you can sign up for and get cash back rewards just for shopping there. The only thing I can say is its just pricey. I know whole foods are more expensive but sometimes the items are still way more expensive than if I bought the same thing somewhere else.

Fresh juiced veggies are my favorite here. Athough the staff is great too. Large selection and great prices on the items I buy here.

A little more local than the other health stores and they have good sales on produce often. Excellent selection of herbal and medicinal teas. Have in house butcher too.

I am all about 14 Carrot. A great little store with plenty of local and organic items. The staff is helpful and friendly AND hey have a peanut butter machine.

Best selection in the metropolitan Columbia area. Very nice staff. Its out of my way but I always stop by when I am in the area to buy herbs and fresh tea.

Excellent, local independent place for natural, organic, and hard to find things. Of course its more expensive than Bi-Lo, but you get what you pay for. Even with big box Whole Foods coming down the street, Im staying put.

Owner is rude & arrogant. They lost a loyal customer. I called to see if they would take a return back, & was told by the owner he usually wouldnt because he wasnt the one who made the mistake, I was. Why would anyone tell a customer that? People make mistakes all the time, which is why they make returns. Ive moved from the area, & didnt mind driving the extra miles to visit this store. Now I see how he values his customers & will not be returning.
