I went in thinking I had hearing loss in my left ear from a previous visit to an ENT. I wanted a second opinion before I got a hearing aid. The doctor was very thorough and their testing equipment was very advanced. It turned out I don’t have hearing loss yet and don’t require a hearing aid, just monitoring yearly. Thank you!!

I received phenomenal care and service at Lake Murray Hearing. The receptionist and the front area is warm and inviting. Dr.Gibson listened to what I had to say, how I was feeling, took care with the examination. It’s very easy, to feel very comfortable here! Visit for a 90 year old woman treated with so much respect. I was simply in awe. That doesn’t happen often in geriatric field. My client was pleased too because she could actually hear her on voice clearly.

I went in to have some ear impressions made while keeping my two toddler granddaughters and everyone in the office was very patient, courteous, and accommodating throughout the appointment. I was very pleased with their service.

Always helpful and friendly. I was so apprehensive when I first looked at hearing aids in April almost 2 years ago. Todd showed me all the choices and explained insurance coverage so I could make an informed decision. After the initial hearing test he explained my hearing loss and we tried several of the options so I was able to test drive the product. Highly recommend Lake Murray Hearing!

5 stars for Dr. Gibson! Extremely thorough! It was refreshing to see him dedicate the time and effort to fully verify my hearing loss and retune my hearing aids to mask my tinnitus.

Dr. Gibson is by far the best audiologist in Columbia. I went to see him in desperation after a car accident left me with terrible tinnitus and no other doctors in the area could help me (or cared enough to, in one case). He did more extensive testing than the others and was able to pinpoint the problem, which then allowed him to come up with a plan to lessen the blaring whistle sound in my ear. Hes a godsend! If not for him, I would have probably run screaming off the planet by now.

Love them would not take my daughter anywhere else

Been with this doctor for MANY years and will never use another one. He is the only doctor who cares more about a person than he does money. Most drs ask before u get in the door how u will pay. But not this one. He wants you to be able to hear the birds sing and crickets chirp 1st then talk about payment or payment options.

I am very pleased with the care I receive each time I go to Lake Murray Hearing for over 10 Year’s or more. Dr. Gibson is very patient and takes the time to make sure all concerns are addressed.
