Absolutely wonderful. I was contacted by a wonderful gentleman named Lee Clarke. He took the time to listen and fully understand my concerns and wishes. The response time was faster than anything I had imagined, from the inspection conducted by Lee, the meet on site with insurance agent, the approval from insurance agent, demo, and finally install. Nothing was damaged during the process and the roofers took time to carefully cover the grounds below the roof to ensure all material ended up in their tarps; not my flower beds or yard. Work that was done October of 2020 was not done with good workmanship, I ask Ebben Aley to come out to inspect the work and damages that was done to my house he refuses to do so and refuse to .give me my warranty as well...I had another company to come out to inspect the work and found out the nails are lefting and I was over charge of the footage of my house...The damages that was done to the siding of my house he refuses to repair from them over bleaching the siding now my house discolored in spots

They replaced my roof and did some minor indoor repair secondary to roof leak. Lee led the team and the job was finished on time and exactly as promised. Highly recommend.

Exterior Genie was extremely helpful dealing with my insurance company when the insurance companys adjuster understated my roof damage claim after a tropical storm. With Exterior Genies expertise and certifications, they were able to demonstrate to the insurance company that my roof could not be spot repaired and needed to be replaced. The crew that did the roofing was professional and courteous, and the finished project looks great! They also repaired a few areas of siding that had come loose during the storm, and those areas look great as well.

Mike Baker is great! He answered our call about a roof leak immediately and came by the house shortly afterwards. We have a metal roof, and Mike suggested that we try to resolve the leak problem using FlexSeal for a couple of hundred dollars versus a large project. It’s rained a few times since we did this, and everything going well! So thankful we reached out to him! We’ll be looking into a covered patio at my house as well as a good friend’s, and will be checking with Exterior Genie first.

Well we had a windstorm come through Columbia and it ripped the siding off of the side of my house and damaged my roof. The entire repair process took probably 2-3 months while the stuff was fixed after they fixed it a pallet of product was left at my house killing my grass in that spot for about another month. Throughout the process I tried calling multiple times to make contact via either Evans direct number or the Stores number. All I get is voice mail and no one returns calls. This is an issue because as a customer you expect communication during the process. Not having to harass and call the people for info every step of the way.The workers who came out that I had the chance to talk to were helpful and seemed nice though. When they replaced the siding they changed the direction the pieces were put together instead of the seam going from back to front it now goes front to back which should assist in this from happening in the future. The quality of work I was able to see and check appears to be good. I can not access my roof top so I have no idea what it looks like but its not leaking and all the shingles appear to still be there after a few pretty bad windstorms.I would avoid this place at all costs if you desire to have any type of contact or feed back from this place. They never even sent someone back out to ensure their workers performed their job correctly and did proper repairs. No contact and no follow up from this place.

If I could give Eban and Exterior Genie negative 5 stars I would. They are great at selling you a roof, but this work is contracted out to an inferior unlicensed and unqualified team. Exterior Genie did not come by even one time to check on the job. When our roof leaked a few weeks after the install we called and called and finally received an answer back. The only way the person (not Exterior Genie) who installed the roof would look at the leaks was to secure additional payment. This was after Exterior Genie was paid directly for replacing the entire roof. We continued to have leaks after the additional work was completed. We continue to call and send text messages to Exterior Genie with images of water leaking through the roof, but all of our calls now go unanswered. If you are considering working with this company please steer clear of Exterior Genie.

Bad hail storm in the area devastated several roofs and siding in the neighborhood. They got the roof done quickly and professionally. I was here for the entire process. They did a thorough job cleaning up. The siding took longer because they worked hard to find a match. They did find a great match and did an excellent job with the install.

I called Exterior Genie because I had a leak or two. After a complete roof inspection, it was determined that the leaks were due to hail and wind damage. We looked through HomeAdvisor for someone to work on our roof. We found this company and since it was local and they had good reviews we decided to go with them. They came quickly to see what they could do. They said they would work with our insurance. They came when the adjuster came from the insurance. So far so good. Now we get a quote and some insurance money. They said ok and asked for 30%. That has been over two months. They are hard to each, wont return calls and today is raining and there is more damage to our roof. Very disappointed and it looks like we are going to have to start over with less money😡

The person who came out to clean our exteriors (small strip mall type row of businesses) was here for over 8 hours spraying a strong smelling bleach solution. Highly unpleasant, killed some of our plantings, took all day to powerwash two medium sized, one-story buildings. Would not call again.

Both crews left our property in better shape than it was before they got there.Ebben worked diligently with our insurance adjusters to get our home repaired after a hail storm. We expected the process to be long and frustrating since it was just us facing this big insurance company. Ebben worked closely with the insurance adjuster about measurements being off and when no match could be found for our vinyl, he worked even harder to get all of the vinyl on our home replaced, not just the damaged part. Ebben also advocated for us about things that were damaged that he wasn’t going to be the contractor for.Ebben stayed in touch with us throughout the process and also responded to our many calls or text in a timely manner. We’ve given Ebben permission to use our house to show his work to anyone considering hiring him. We have recommended Ebben to many of our neighbors and coworkers and we strongly recommend him to you too!
