Called with details and then returned my old vehicle. Had the new car ready first thing the next morning- there is a reason I have bought my last 4 cars from this dealership and Brian is just another example of good people. Traded in to get a new 2022 Hyundai Tucson and all I can say is WOW! This is honestly the only time I’ve actually not hated the car buying process. Brian (our salesman) was helpful and informative but not at all pushy, and was able to get us a really good deal on both our trade in and our new Hyundai. While it was busy and we did have to do some waiting, they were always helpful and informative. The manager also helped us get set up with some extra features as well. My engine blew on my 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid at 101,000 miles. I was out of warranty by a 1000 miles. However, they fixed my car free of charge and even gave me a loaner vehicle for two weeks. The service department is a busy because theyve had quite a few engine issues there. However, Matt Gray did a great job of keeping me informed and helping me through the process. Sales department is great, but have had to bring my car in for various things and the service department is TERRIBLE. I bought the permaplating for both of my cars and when I got it back I could tell they didn’t even clean the inside of the car (which is part of the permaplating) and the wax dried as white speckles on my black car. Had to bring it in for a bolt in my tire…when I paid for the permaplating and wheel/tire coverage, I was told that they could come pick my car up and have it fixed, as well as a loaner car in the meantime. When this happened, I was told the exact opposite AND they didn’t even fix my tire! So now I find myself dealing with them AGAIN because of it poor service.

Dawn Dotson was our saleslady. She was very friendly and tried her best to get the model and color that we wanted. Our color choice was not available so she worked on the price to convince us to buy the last model on the lot. I took off one star only because the rebate system wasn’t completely explained before purchase which affected the interest rate.The finance papers were all ready at purchase time and Nick explained in detail the many features on the car. Overall, a very good experience and a great car so far!

They were very nice and the good thing is they gave me a reasonable price on my three-year-old vehicle. However they would not come down on a new vehicle and we could not come to a trade deal. But that drives me nuts when the salesperson has to keep going back to the manager and wants me to buy other cars that dont want. I want to go in this dealership and say this is what I want this is what I pay after they tell me what they want for it and if its not in my budget I dont buy and they found out that today.

Horrible experience. Wasted three hours of my time. After test driving a 2022 Hyundai Tuscon SEL Hybrid, I fell in love with it and came back to the dealership ready to buy. Our salesman took almost an hour “preparing numbers” for us. Only after that time during his sales escapade did he inform us that someone else had purchased the vehicle. First come, first serve, so I understand. What I don’t understand is why I was not informed when the purchase happened and why I was made to think I would be leaving with said vehicle. We then continued to negotiate over cars that weren’t on the lot. The “addendum” add-on is about $3k over sticker price, which is ridiculous. They told us that Hyundai doesn’t want them advertising it, so the addendum is added during the numbers process. What I hear is false advertising. They refused to budge on ANYTHING except for $1500 off the addendum price. Also, after sitting there for hours going back and forth, they refused to give anything on the vehicles they had coming in off a truck even though they had wasted our time by not informing us of the vehicle we wanted being sold out from under us. We actually contacted Oxmoor in Louisville while we were there and they told us the exact details of asking price with no hidden addendums of the same vehicle they had coming in. We informed our salesman of this and the details of the deal and he said if we were going to get that good a deal, we should go there. We left after that comment. We went to Oxmoor a couple days later, negotiated a price for the same exact vehicle that ended up being cheaper through them, and they gave me a better trade in value for my Jeep Cherokee. I believe that they saw my husband and I as 25 year old dumb kids who don’t know anything about finances. I have to say, they were wrong and lost two good customers that day at Don Franklin.

Do not purchase Hyundai vehicles, google Hyundai engine problems burning oil. They do not stand behind their products even though the problems are their own design flaws. I will never purchase another Hyundai vehicle. Read the stories of those who have purchased these defective cars and the hoops they will run you through just to do nothing. Go a buy a Honda or Toyota or anything other than Hyundai or Kia. Do your research this a unethical company and they have no integrity. They believe a car burning a quart of oil every 1000 miles is acceptable. They recommend oil change ever 7500 miles and engine only has 5.5 quarts so by that logic your engine will be fully depleted and lock up.

Amazing dealership! I had been to another dealership in Louisville the day before and was very frustrated. Mike Chisely and his finance manager were great to work with, we were able to come to a deal quickly with a vehicle that my daughter really liked.
