Bought a bike FTI setup in the middle of 2020 for previous owner. Called them up to see what if anything I could change/improve. They told Me it should be perfect for my weight and riding, and just to stop by and they would help me set the sag and adjust the clickers…free of any charge! I’ve never spent a dime with them and money was never mentioned. I offered to pay for this, but they refused so I’ll prob just pay them to service them when the time comes.

He took my bike on a Saturday morning and had it fully rebuilt by Tuesday so we could go to W.V. yearly trail fest & kept it at 1300 total too.... Helluva dude.... Tha Reaper is bk on the road now.... Thk ya man....

I called a few times, every single time they answer for a second and hang up. They never call you back. They don’t reply to their “contact us” page after I put in a request to talk to someone in their team. I don’t want to chase someone down and beg them to take my money for service that I can get somewhere else who probably has the same (if not better) equipment for my dirt bike. Wish they were more professional about their customer base. If they’re not responding before I even get work done, they’re probably going to be the same way after I pay them for work. I hear great things about them, but this has definitely not been the case for me.

I went to them to get a re valve, so they could set it to my weight, started off by saying it would take 3 days, 2 weeks later didn’t hear anything from them so I drove down there and needless to say they didn’t even start on them, cause they was mount biking all week, they did the re build in front of me in like 20-30 mins, I don’t know much about the internals, just know how they’re suppose to operate. Well now I’ve took my forms to mvr to get a re valve, come to find out I was missing a few things in my forks, told me he had no clue how they have even worked properly! FTI very nice people! Don’t get me wrong but work quality was horrible.. tried to contact them about my clickers cause they was set to 0 on both but no one answered..

Most reputable powersport shop in the triad! Murph is an excellent suspension technician on top of being a superb engine builder as well. Your bike / atv will be in excellent hands regardless of what type of work you are having done!

Will definitely do business here in the future! When I needed a shock completely rebuilt on a used bike I purchased, they described what all they would be doing and gave me a spotless shock rebuild! The rebuild was prompt and now my bike handles much better than I expected. The 11 year old shock looks almost new thanks to the fine job and attention to detail. Thanks FTI!

These guys are the best! Brought my old suspension to them that hadn’t been serviced in years and even after they found an issue and had to replace a bunch of parts they still charged me a super reasonable price and we’re extremely helpful and personable. I will always use them for any of my motocross needs from now on. Plus the suspension was one of the best set ups i’ve ever had!

Isaiah is extremely knowledgeable about all bikes and always helpful. They have excellent customer service no matter who answers the phone or when you walk in. These folks are the best. They have done our suspension work for many years on KTMs, Hondas, and Yamahas, everything from woods racing to MX racing. They recently rebuilt the engine on our 2001 CR 250 which was, in large part, to correct another shops mistake. Simply cant say enough good things about these folks, and its always fun talking to Cal. Hes one of the few mechanics weve met that you can always count on learning something from.

Cal is the best in the business when it comes to suspension and all things off-road. Youll be surprised at his attention to detail and makes it even better that he has a Dyno that can show you exactly what your suspension is doing rather than playing off the human mind!

FTI impressed me with their knowledge and expertise in suspension especially in revalving and eqipping bike with proper springs. Also their turnaround time cant be beat. I will be a repeat customer I really cant hardly believe the difference in my motorcycle after their revalve. The difference between stock and after revalve is not comparable. My motocross bike beat me to death in the woods before, now I have way more confidence in bike. Nobody should spend money on their engine because the best thing to help them go faster is in the suspension and FTI knows suspension.
