I needed a freezer now, they had just what I needed in stock. Was able to get it loaded on my pickup and home in no time at all. I think I spent all of an hour to browse around, make the purchase and get loaded up. what more could a lady ask for?Ill be back for the next appliance I need.

Good people and good prices we saved 50 dollars in price and 25 to 30dollars in gasoline cost to have to drive somewhere else.

Always love to shop local when possible. Circle D is the place to go for service to your current appliances or for new ones. If they dont have what youre looking for theyll find a way to get it, if possible. Don is very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with.

Always check the prices at Circle D before buying out of town. They always have competitive prices and they are super helpful and knowledgeable.

Don, I believe his name was, he was super helpful and informative, he taught me a few things I didnt know about washing machines! Prices are a little high maybe, but I also havent shopped around either. But for a locally owned store, its a strong going one!

They were friendly enough helped me pick out a new washer and dryer, they had a decent selection and some nice refrigerators as well.All in all they were very helpful, they even are delivering them for no extra charge and getting rid of the old ones, also for no extra.

Staff was very knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered fully and explained to our understanding.

Im not sure why people are making such bad reviews of a store that has loyally served our area for so many years. It appears theyve been quite rude to the staff, at least from what theyre saying themselves. You can tell from their posts that it isnt the full story. Weve always had good sales and service from circle D, and I appreciate them so much. Their service is friendly and and I will use them every time over the huge specialty stores (not in our area) that are difficult to get any minor repairs, etc done.

Actively argumentative and rude staff, even when looking at the highest end wash and dryer. We declined to purchase with them after being told we were 7 miles out of their delivery area. Hard to believe a stand alone business would be so disinterested in a $2500 dollar sale. Shop elsware.

Very rude manager. I talked to him Saturday and he said the part was in stock and would keep it for me until i could get there on Tuesday. When my daughter arrived to pick the part up, he said I said nothing about that part. I called and spoke to the manager, and he hung up on me after i confronted him about what he said. I called back and he was very rude, went back on his word multiple times, unapologetic, and frankly, a smart@ss. I will not be doing business here gain. Ever. I wouldnt recommend this place if you are looking for professional customer service. He was not interested in saving this customer from not coming back.

My 87 year old father needed a new used washing machine so he went in to this location and bought a Whirlpool for 200.00. That was in October of 2016. This was a mistake . One month later it was not working right. I would not advise doing business with this store.
