I have been a loyal customer there for over five years. Always had great service and a great experience. The one issue I did have one time they immediately took care of and had great customer service. I’ve been trying to get my oil changed for a couple of weeks. I pulled up one day at 11:15 on a Friday and the doors were locked and no one was there. I went this morning there were two gentlemen in there. They both looked at me as I had gotten tired of sitting in my vehicle waiting and I was standing in front of it.Neither one of them made a movement to let me know they were open or closed. In fact I felt like I was being ignored. If you don’t want to work on my vehicle OK but please let me know. I hope someone in management responds to this review. You will see I’ve always given positive reviews when I reviewed your business but I could not get past this.

This place is amazing! We are traveling from WI to AZ and were well over due for an oil change. These guys got us in w/ no appointment and in 38 minutes we were back out on the road! Plus we have a commercial cargo van and they got a filter super quick! Wow! The staff is skilled and attentive, excellent service. Well stop again when we travel through again and again! ♡♡♡

Honestly this place is a ripoff!!! They are overpriced!!! One day they charge me $50 then the other they charged me $100!!!! same services!!! On one of my cars they have never changed my oil filter! Ever!!! I know because I left a small mark on the oil filter... You better off doing it yourself!!!

I went to get my oil change in my 2016 Chevrolet Cruze. And I’ve never paid so much for an oil change in my life. Usually if I go to a dealership I get my oil, oil filter, car vacuumed, washed and all my fluids topped off and usually pay around $50 I just got oil and an oil filter this time at they charged me $71 for an oil change on something that only takes 4 quarts of oil. I’d NEVER recommend this place.

Went in to change the oil there on June 15 . Ever since they changed our truck oil and whatever else they did they messed up the truck I have called corporate and nothing has been done . They said they been reaching out to the owner and the owner hasnt reached out to us. BEWARE! This is our experience with Liberal Lube Center.
