The store sizes was centered around Hobbits. Looked for boots. No 14s. Pants. No 38/36. Or even 38/32s for that matter. Granted most of the population is smaller, why can you be like the rest of the boot barns and offer stiff for people that are slightly taller?

Love this place. They welcomes you in their store. Every one is polite, understanding. I love everyone in this store. The help they give is amazing. We brought our grandkids in the store they had so much fun with them. They were very patient with them as they assisted us. We all was happy when we left.

Tonja is hands down the best manager I have encountered in a long time. Tonja made me feel like family, she made buying exotic boots a dream. I left the store thinking, there are businesses that actually value their customers. Loretta was awesome as well, she is very friendly and kind. Both ladies are very professional.

Good service in liberty. Not so much on i10 &610. Credit card is not worth having for me.

Customer service was not the best. Almost as if we were an inconvenience to them for them to have to stop gossiping to help us. Had to order boots cause they never have many options in the size we need, go to pick up order and literally handed us the box and walked off didn’t even wait to see if it was the right order. Have always tried to shop this location to support local and each time the customer service has reminded me just why I would rather drive to Baytown and handle my business at that location. The level of professionalism is worth the extra miles..
