How about putting on the website you only open once a month on Saturdays. I had a time sensitive package and followed your website that states your open On Saturday 9-1 … I get there the door says 9-1 1st Saturday of the month. Now I have to drive 49 miles round trip to find a drop off location that is open…

They do a super job. The old owners were great and the newer ones (been a few years) are just as good. They are polite, helpful, and expedient. I do wish that there was more room in the waiting area. The hours are wrong on Google, their website, and on the door. These should be fixed. They close at 5 and not 530. I am not sure about the opening hours, if they are correct. Overall I am glad that this service is available to us Liberty residents.

Quick service. Friendly people. Prices in line with other places that offer similar services. Place is easy to find. Right on the corner of a building with lots of signage informing of the services offered. Fax, copy, Notary, UPS, FedEx. They even have a scale to weigh your packages, so you dont overpay to ship your packages.

I came in to get my fax that I had sent here. The lady at the counter said it never came, I waited 40 minutes and called the company back to see if they sent it. They sent it again, and I heard it go through while I was on the phone. The lady brought back 16 pages, even though it was only 8. So I got charged double cause she didnt check the first time. I guess if you ever come here, dont go during lunch hours I probably disturbed her lunch. Since she was so busy eating and not checking the fax.
