Horrible experience one store sent me to liberty not open

Return policy is not worth the hassle. I ordered flat casing to be primed pine. I’ve been received the wrong style it was primed pine. So I really ordered new flat casing to be primed pine but received flat casing that was pine and some base that was primed which I made it work.When the driver delivered the second load he did not pick up all of the returns I have not received a credit on with the driver picked up I only receive credit for what he left because I return that to the store directly I keep calling my lumber salesman and asking and texting him checking on my return credit and all I get is I will check into it I am officially done with McCray Lumber not worth my time I guess I’m just too small of a fry

Mc Cray lumber had a min order of $500 dollars they will not sell to you unless you meet that amount. This is a new thing we have bought from them many other times. Don’t use them in the future if they ever change this. They only want to service large companies the others don’t matter.

McRae has the best service and the best quality of lumber

Good service, quality materials, priced right.

Dont care about customers.
