We purchased the car from Napleton and it had some mechanical/electrical issues causing some slip in the transmission. We called the folks at Napleton and they got us in at our earliest convenience and worked diligently to make sure we got the car back as soon as possible. I cannot say enough good things about Mike, August, & Keith whos commitment to customer got us back into our new car much sooner than we thought was possible. I’m bad with names but pretty sure they were mike smith, victor and Kathy.All very kind and helpful! My girlfriend and I searched far and wide for an SUV but she couldn’t find one she liked. Eventually she saw an orange gt mustang and fell in love with it. Obviously I didn’t mind getting a mustang. So after a few days we go check it out and well she loved it so we got it! The team was very helpful and the process felt comfortable. I’ve been to other dealers where salesmen are just rude, aggressive or push cars on you and the process feels uncomfortable. We bought a 2014 Impala with 70k miles. It had a bad transmission that only made it through the test drive before showing issues on the 50-mile ride home. It was extremely noticeable as the car lurched into the next gear. There’s no way they didn’t know it was bad. They fixed it after multiple trips back and forth, but the fact it was sold at all knowing it had a bad transmission, buyer beware. When they finally installed a transmission, it was a used one from the scrap yard. Got it home, it leaked transmission fluid all over my driveway because they neglected to change out the axle seal. So we had to drive it back out to them. This car has been a lot of trouble since we purchased it. They refused to let us take it back to them 24 hours after we paid cash for it because of their “great connection with the state” so it could be registered immediately. Not really sure why that would affect our getting a refund. We just had to change the tires, the brakes need to be done…it’s just so many problems that their “150-point inspection” could’ve found. This place is just shady. We won’t be back.

Went in looking at a used Escalade. The internet / advertised price was very fair considering the market and the immaculate condition of the vehicle. I truly expected the price to bump once I got into the deal. So many dealers jam paint protection, add certification prices, and a million other things once you get into the door.I worked with Victor, he was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He presented me the numbers, and I almost fell over - guess what, there was no bump. the certification was included in the advertised price. No bs. no games. They even worked with my own lender in helping me out, didnt try to switch me into different lending - but did offer helpful suggestions.From the receptionist who greeted me to the general manager and everyone in-between .... A+Kathy in finance was great, no game - no bs, no hidden numbers - just a straight good old deal.I went back to pick up the vehicle, it was clean, I had already gotten an email saying my on-star and XM was setup before I got there. Victor had everything ready to go.When I walked in the receptionist asked me how my day was going. I jokingly said great, and what happens in the next hour will predict how the rest of it goes.Well I left there, and my day went very well. I had shopped MANY other local Cadillac (and other) dealers this week - most all of them played the hide n go seek games with all the add-on prices once you get in. It was a breath of fresh air. My husband and I are repeat customers of this location. We live in another state but the service we get from this location is superior! We called our salesman (Dan) told him exactly what we wanted as far as trade in/new price/payment and no money down, his reply was I will do my best to get you that exact deal. I drove in for an appraisal on my car, took 10 minutes. Within an hour I got a call back, and we had a deal almost to the penny of what we asked for. I look at rebates and competition prices, do your homework folks. After we had a deal worked out I then said when we come back to sign paperwork etc. I expect to walk in, make my first payment and leave. Please dont make me sit at the dealership for hours. Dan said give me a couple days to get the new car and paperwork squared away, and made apt with us to come back. When we got there, he was waiting by the door to greet us and said please step in my office. He showed us what we were signing said sign here about 6 times and sent us to the cashier and we were out of there within 15 minutes. Twice, we have had service like that, at that location, three year time span. This is my second XT5 and I cant say enough good things about Cadillac. I will always be a loyal customer if they maintain the quality. I have seen reviews that the XT5 doesnt compare to its luxury car competitors, that could not be farther from the truth!!!! Ive driven Honda Pilot, BMW, Lexus and Lincoln...enjoy my Cadillac the most and get the most compliments on them. Ive had people stop me to ask how I like my car, I LOVE IT! I just wish they would make some chic colors! :)

Brought my 2007 Cadillac DTS in for service because my driver side door control was non-functional. Was told about the cause of the issue and asked for them to button it up, because the parts were under $200.00, but was quoted $600.00 for parts and labor costs. I paid $100 for the diagnosis, but when I went to pick up my vehicle, my brake lights, turn signals, trunk latch were all non-functional. The accusation was them made that these conditions were pre-existent, and was asked to prove how I knew my brakes and turn signals were working in the first place. Because it is a safety issue to operate a vehicle without brakes and turn signals, I had little choice but to allow this dealership to do the repair. I received a call explaining that a connector underneath my rear fuse box was loose and that is what caused the addition issue. I was then was asked if I had ever accessed my rear fuse box and battery, again an accusation that I caused the issue with the brake lights and turn signals. I am not an idiot, and know that bolted connectors just dont come undone. I believe this was done in attempt to get the business. I will never use Napleton Cadillac for service again!!! If I could give this business a zero I would.

I was looking for a 2021 xt5 sport platinum in white. I know Keith in service for probably over 30 years. I called him and I asked him to give me a top salesman. He had john Melus call me and he had in stock exactly what I was looking for. I had him send the window sticker and also exact photos. Looked great. He gave me a price and I said we’ll be over right away. I put a credit card down to hold the car. It was a beauty.We drove away today with permanent plates and very happy new ownersJohn was all over any requests and completely went over everything in the car, which is a lotWe couldn’t be happier with john and we hope Keith will never retire. I found a car online that I really wanted and was in my price range. The sales place in my local area did not have the car, it was in Libertyville. I traveled to see the car I wanted. When I arrived the salesmen were so nice and helpful. I test drive the car however I did not want that car any more. They were patient and kind. I attempted to purchase a used vehicle, and while prices appear reasonable online, the dealership insists on an $899 reconditioning fee. None of the disclosures online witness this. The dealership refused to take the charge off and allow me to pay the advertised price. This bait and switch has been reported to the IL Attorney General. Otherwise, nice staff/experience.If you see a car online, be prepared to pay $899 more.

Dan is the MAN. I leased a car from him back in August 2015.His customer service was superb, listening to exactly what type of car i wanted and then making sure to find the best fit. He reviewed lease options with me and made sure I fully understood the conditions. The service department is also very friendly, always accommodating my needs when I have to come in. Cant wait to go back to Dan in a few months for my next car lease!!
They want to charge me like 2,000 on things that I did by myself and it took me like 1 hour. Change thermostat on Hummer H3, better watch some YouTube videos it’s not that hard plus you learn new things!

I took my car into Napleton Cadillac and spoke with Keith at the service desk after being rear ended (it was my first accident). He was able to get me a rough estimate to for the damages to my car in about 20 minutes time. It was very simple to schedule with Keith when to bring my car in to get fixed, and they gave me a ride to Hertz down the street to pick up my rental. Throughout the repairs, they kept me updated with emailed photos, and how the repairs were going - I thought this was outstanding service! When I dropped my car off, the repair schedule was actually quite fast once the at fault partys estimator got out there. When I was called to pick-up, the repairs looked fantastic! The paint matched and the car had been cleaned. Overall, awesome experience. Would recommend bringing your vehicle there for body work, its simple and quick. Napleton Cadillac made the hassle of getting into and accident and needing repairs, so much easier. Thanks guys!
