My 2010 Toyota was recalled for the paint, lighthouse collision did the best job I’ve ever seen. They fix the rust replaced rubber and lots of other things that needed. Don’t waste your time at the dealership go right to lighthouse collision.Great people working there also take very good care of you. Thank you so much!

Lighthouse Point Collision does an amazing job - their work is beautiful! I have used them twice for body repairs on my Audi and have been very satisfied. They do all the legwork to have insurance payments adjusted accordingly. Kim is so pleasant and willing to help. Furthermore, they were so kind to do extra work on my car at no cost to me. I would highly recommend them!I am so sorry to say that I have to amend previous my wonderful review. Although what I said before was true, after I got home, I discovered that the workers who did my body work used a blower to dry the paint. They accidentally blew out my headliner in the back of my car. When I let them know this had happened, at first they were apologetic and said they would take care of it. Then I spoke to the manager at the Delray location who was rude and denied any wrongdoing. At first he said I brought the car in that way, then told me the age of my car was the reason why, then said they had parked my car in a hot lot for over a month, finally agreeing to fix it. This turned out to be only lip service - for the next two weeks I attempted to get this taken care of only to be given the run around and no appointment was ever made to do the work. Furthermore, it was quite evident that someone had tried to repair the headliner with glue but was unsuccessful. As nice as their body work was, I will never go back here because of the dishonesty involved in this incident. How sad that this could not have been resolved in a reputable and honest way.

This place is awesome. My front hood and bumper were damaged from an accident, and I was referred by a friend to go here. This was my first accident ever so I didn’t know what to expect with this process. It did take some time, but not because of the shop, it was because of my insurance. It was definitely frustrating with my insurance, but everyone at Lighthouse Point were persistent in trying to get my car back to me. They called and emailed every single day, always contacted me to keep me updated and answered any questions I had. When it was time to pick my car up, it looked like a brand new vehicle, they even cleaned my car. I was amazed at their hard work, their persistence with the insurance company, and how professional they were. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Thank you guys so much for everything you’ve done, my car is perfect!

Sal’s towing referred me to this shop (lighthouse point collision center) stating that I would be scammed by my insurance company unless I took my car there. Trusting in the guy that called me from Sal’s towing, I proceeded to let Sal’s towing take my car to light house point collision center . When I asked would I be charged storage and towing fees from light house point collision I was assured that no money would come out of my pocket, which was a complete lie. Turns out I’m being charged $1,800+ for towing and storage fees. Please be advised that Sal’s towing and light house point collision center are the scammers making money for providing no services at all what so ever.

Very helpful and friendly. I wouldnt work with any other person than Bob because he is the most trustworthy. They do good work and are very efficient. Much faster than other shops Ive been to.

Want to thank Melissa for taking care of my issues regarding front end damage. She kept me up to date of the progress of work and when my truck would be ready. Businesses should keep in mind it helps having a woman that can communicate clearly in the front office. She was very professional in all aspects of the process.Big shout out to thank Jose for cleaning and detailing my truck afterwords. He did a great job and the truck never looked better. Everyone there did a great job on the repairs to my truck and if i needed body work again, I would return to them. I would definitely recommend lighthouse point collision to anyone needing this type of work done.

Very unprofessional. Set up to have a vehicle towed out of their shop, they provided me with the charges needed in order to remove vehicle; sent a tow company with a check to remove vehicle but they closed shop and when truck driver arrived to pick up the vehicle they told him hed have to come back the following morning in order to pick up vehicle... they promised they would not charge an additional day of storage since the tow truck was already there to pick it up, but when he went back to pick it up the following morning they added an additional day of storage(so they would not accept the check I sent), I asked them to pay with a credit card over the phone and they refused stating AFTER the tow truck was there twice that they would only accept a cashiers check.. SO i had to go to the bank and get a cashiers check and send the tow truck driver out a THIRD time to pick up said vehicle. LPC didnt even provide me with an actual tow bill stating the charges they were claiming was owed, just a piece of paper printed out of their system with charges of nearly $1k for three days of storage and a tow bill they couldnt provide evidence of. I called their shop requesting a copy of the actual tow bill, which they said they would fax over and never did. Ive called the shop number 20 times this morning, and they havent answered a single time nor do they have a voicemail set up. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

They were referred to me by a friend who used them previously. I always assumed that auto body shots were all the same, but I soon found out otherwise. After getting jerked around by a couple of other places I came to lhp collision and they were on the ball and took care of it in no time.

They fix my rear bumber after it got dinged by some idiot. It took an extra but i guess you cant rush quality
