Only place I trust in Georgia so far with my car. I was without a car for a week moving my car between two shops that wasn’t able to fix my car. Until I found CNC online, they fixed my car in one day. they are family own and very professional

I never write reviews but I had to sign in to explain my experience with CNC. I came in at 9AM to get my car serviced for a misfire. I’m not completely car illiterate so I know the s I was the first customer to arrive at the shop. They told me I would have to pay $490 diagnostics for a new throttle body, 1 ignition coil and a airflow malfunction. Which is strange because I came to this same location 6 months previous and got a new throttle body and had a airflow malfunction. When I brought this up to the customer service woman she said that those parts needs to have maintenance every 6 months. Also strange because Ive had this car for 5 years. After standing watching my car for 7 hours with nobody working on my vehicle when the time came for me to pick up my son from daycare. When I asked for my vehicle and said I would come back the mechanic immediately became defensive and told me I can not get my car back for a couple days even though the CS lady said it would be done in time for me to pick up my Son. When I told him I had to go and to just put it back together he got in my face and said Dont ever tell me what to do and walked away. After speaking to CS I threatened to call the police and he told me he would put the car back together but never come back again. After I got home I discovered my front hood will not stay up. I have pictures of them working on it with the hood staying up so sometime between them putting my car back together and me leaving my hood magically lost all hydraulic power. In order to receive my keys I had to pay $120 for diagnostics. When I asked for a physical copy of the diagnostic summary they told me that they could not provide this. After asking for a handwritten summary, because I paid $120 and didnt receive anything, they gave me a paper with some charges. The charges on this paper did not equal what they quoted me. THIS BUSINESS WILL LIE AND TRY TO UPSELL YOU. MECHANICS WILL HAVE YOUR CAR SITTING WITHOUT WORKING ON IT FOR HOURS. Paid $120 and waited 8 hours and nothing has been done to my car .

Theyre all right I mean I let my car sit there for a while didnt get an update I called them they had it the next day ready.

They replace my engine with a rebuild engine and I called and told Jose that the truck was leaking oil and he said bring it backand idid,i brought the truck back and dropped it off for 2 weeks to CNC,but they didnt fix the problem drove the truck back to my home and it has been sitting every since and it has leaked oil onto my driveway. I will call Jose again and request that they fix my truck the right way I paid a total of $5700. For their service

Dont go here they would lie and mess with your engine so you can keep coming back... I took my truck there they swapped the whole engine and a month later was leaking took it back and they said it was the engine sealers. Smh.. I took it to a trusted mechanic and he said the bolts where loose.. never agian.. dont recommend this shop..

People here dont really fix your cars. Went here for oil change and claim they changed the oil but light came on and took it somewhere else and said it was never changed. Also took my wifes vehicle here in 2017 to change power steering pump twice and both of them went out. Called to let them know in 2019 and said the warranty expired! Turn around if you can and they keep changing management! wonder why.

Thats all ANYONE asks!!!Owner allows father to quote prices that are incorrect.Owner was extremely rude and did not honor his fathers quote.Owners father does not speak English wel so why have himgiving quotes? Every time I come here there is an issue about the amount I have to pay. They will quote one thing, confirm it and then change it regardless to not adding on services. They pretty much make you feel like it’s your fault that it’s changing and there’s nothing you can do about it.

I was referred by a friend to CNC automotive. I have to say it was a pleasant experience. I have to shout out Kevin one of the mechanics, he was polite and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this shop for repair service. I brought used tires in great condition and they were able to put them on without charging a lot of money. Thanks guys.

Ive had my car worked on here and it turned out great! I have recommended family members to come here, and they loved it. The way they charge you is not as high like other Mechanics or low as those that say they know about cars. They speak English and Spanish which is a plus. Great work and friendly staff.

Don’t go to CNC unfortunately they are just like every other auto company; they service my car for a tune up Jan 3 & then took money from me to do the same thing Mar 21. I sat there for 20 mins before they cut the music off to even acknowledge I was there & when I go back for a solution they tell me it’s my fault,

These guys really want to help. And they are one of the very few shops working till 9 p.m. Today they agreed to wait for me becase I had a flat tire and my wife delivered a baby and was at the hospital. I had to make it there. So they fixed it, really fast and professional. Great experience, highly recommended.

This place is horrible for used tires. I purchased 3 tires on October 14th and have had to replace all 3. The last tire literally lasted a month and a half. I have purchased used tires before from other places and have never had this problem. Each tire had a slow leak. This last shop I went to stated that they may not have sealed it properly but this company does not have warranty on their used tires so beware. I would also like to note that I had them do an alignment here as well so this should not have been an issue.

I have brought my car here 4 times in the past 5 months because MY ENGINE IS OVERHEATING! Every time I have gone here, they tell me a tube is broken/disconnected. They can never tell me the name of the tube initially, but they can always assure me it is not the same tube they just fixed. I brought my car here one evening, someone looked at the engine [thats overheating] and said I have an oil leak. when I picked my car up almost 24 hours later, they only did an oil change and replaced another tube. When I asked about the oil leak I was informed they did not check it and they do not have time to look at it today, but I can drive my car for a while without any issues because it is a slow leak...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BRINGING YOUR CAR HERE!Literally the worst auto service I have EVER had in my life!

I went here October 14th to get 4 used tires and a wheel alignment. Initially the experience was good and the staff was friendly. I left my car there and called after leaving to ask if they could do an oil change as well and they said yes. I picked my car up a couple hours later and they had not done the oil change. I was pressed for time so I just paid for the tires and wheel alignment. The next day I woke up with a flat tire and they were closed. I wasnt too upset just a little annoyed because I had to change the tire myself. I took my car back to CNC on Monday October 16th and after almost an hour, they were done replacing the tire. My only ask when they took my car to the back was to put my spare tire back under the mat. When they gave me my car back I asked ... hey did you guys put the tire back under the mat? The man said Yes, we took care of you dont worry. Here I am almost 2 weeks later trying to put groceries in the trunk and what do I see. A dirty tire on top of my clothes/books that were in the trunk :( . They did nothing right!!

If you wanna give money away for no reason, here’s your place

Customer service is completely ridiculous, and the employees are not courteous. I took my Accord in to see why it was leaking coolant, and one of the mechanics tried telling me that I needed to purchase an upper radiator hose for $200, and he would also clean my battery terminals for free. I ended up going to Auto Zone, purchasing the hose for around $10, and installing it myself with a pair of pliers and a flathead screwdriver. Moral of the story: seek an honest mechanic that will actually tell you the truth about your car, or pay higher prices for service because you dont know any better.

Went in for a check engine light and one of their guys left a dent on my car. Now they are saying, they refuse to fix it. DO NOT GO HERE!

These guys are not qualified they dont specialize in Honda. I am so disapointed because they made me spend almost 800 and left my car worst than it was. They were only guessing and wanted to charge me extra 700. I took my car to someone that works with Honda and paid 30. please be consider with your customers.....

Basically a one stop shop, they carry semi and full synthetic (5w30 full synthetic) for oil changes, tire patching, new and good deals on used tires, engine troubleshooting. AMAZING place to come to, especially if you drive rideshare (uber/lyft) just ask management.

I called about two tires, Mgr. told me he had both and the price $48 per tire. After driving 15mi, thet tell me they just sold the tires!!! I also told them the flat was in the trunk and the take off the wrong tire!!!!
