Wow where do i start i took my car in for valve cover gaskets to be changed the car was running fine just leaking gaskets he had the car for 1.5 weeks he diddn^t caal me when the car was done he said he did not have my number which i clearly left when i dropped the car off the car wasalmost out of gas when i went to get it i almost did not make it to walmart to get gas .2 tenths of a mile had to pay before i test drove it got back the dash board was lit up from ck engine lite to esp to tire pressure and then the oil lite came on he told me there was tape on a intake hose that needed replacing me and another mechanic one who works for ups looked at it it was clear to see he cut that hose trying to take it off he also broke another part and tried to rig it with a little piece of tube how do i know cause we have had the car since 2009 and he is the only mechanic to ever work on it never had major problems he left gaskets and clamps laying under the hood and didnt put all the bolts back in when putting it back togethermy wife drove the car the next day the car shut off in mcdonalds drive through had to get pushed out and towed home he said bring it back but its not running plus the way he gave it back to us there was no way i was taking it back to him was supposed to do a oil changed and didnt people we are in a pandemic luckily im blessed by god enough to get passed this but what if this was my only car i would be in serious trouble this really hurts cause i have used him before with no problems but never again please dont get taken by these guys

I do not recommend this place I took my truck to have the supports changed and instead of getting better it got worse and I have taken it back twice and the mechanic just says it’s fine but it’s not fine because it keeps pushing itself back like the transmission or the motor is hitting something inside when you press the gas

Terrible experience with this dude. He wanted to charge me $950 for a part that cost $200. His trick fell short when I asked for the receipt and he wouldnt give it to me.

We have come here a few times now and I can attest thats these guys are good mechanics. We have had a string of bad luck with previous mechanics who take advantage of women, so it was a relief to find some honest guys for once. They fixed our AC and other issues with our cars and pricing is reasonable. This only thing bad I have to say about this place is that it is not easily accessible as it is right of hwy 29, Where there is heavy traffic and parking here is very tight.

Caused more issues than what I came in with.Had to take my dash apart to get to a blocked drain that was causing water to go under the floor. Stuff wasn’t screwed back in, audio system wasn’t hooked back up (had to go back for them to fix that and audio buttons on back of steering wheel stopped working), side of seat missing button and other damage. The people who worked there were nice which was really great, but I don’t think I’d go back.

This is a great shop! Quick, reliable and so honest! They always do fantastic work. Carlos is super knowledgeable and very fast! Ive been going here for years & its by far the most reasonable mechanic in Gwinnett.

VERY friendly mechanics! Overall good, cheap service. My stars are based on my experience of the overall reason why I went in there in the first place.

Overcharged and poor quality work. My car is in close to the same condition as it was before having the repairs. They performed patch work just enough to get me on the road. They had no regard for my safety and they were only concerned with getting more money. This is a tire shop and they should stick to tires. DO NOT ACCEPT JOBS FOR VEHICLES YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED SERVICE. The owner should consider anger management and hiring more qualified technicians to perform repairs.

Incompetent Amigo Service Center (ASC): My car was driving without any issue except on and off rattle like sounds prior to taking it to ASC. Took my 2004 Honda Accord to this shop and the mechanic advised that I needed serpentine belt, idler pulley and belt tensioner repair. The mechanic took cash payment after the repair and my car broke down within 3 miles driving from the shop same day. Had to tow the car back to ASC, the mechanic says he would put everything back in shape because the serpentine belt broke again. The mechanic ended up creating stories that some other faulty parts caused the serpentine belt to break. I paid for the parts, but informed ASC that I was convinced they did not do a good job and created the waterfall issue with the car. Few days with my car at the shop, ASC called to let me know that I needed the head cylinder repaired to put the car back in shape. I was convinced that ASC damaged my car, paid cash for the cylinder head repair (foolishly paid for this) and asked for warranty on the job because I do not trust their work. ASC refused to give warranty after paying about $1,300 total for only a $70.00 initial job. This issue resulted to calling police because ASC asked me for additional $400.00 for another part claimed to have been replaced. I drove the car from ASC and the car broke down 2 miles from ASC the same day. I took the car to another shop for diagnostic test and it was confirmed that ASC damaged the car engine because ASC did not competently repair the cylinder head. I am very hurt and disappointed because of this horrible experience. Bottom Line: Make sure you pay ASC with credit card or check to have prove of dispute to take them to small claims court when and if the shop damages your car and refuses to take ownership of its negligence. Do not pay cash to ASC because that is what they demand for and might not give you a receipt. Learn from my foolish mistake to prevent loss to you in the future. I believe ASC is only good for oil chages, tire sales and installation (compare prices with reputable Tire Companies like Kauffman Tire, NTB, and Tire Plus, etc.before making a good decision). My girlfriends automatic window was improperly repaired by ASC, she took it back and was advised to follow up with her cars manufacturer. A word of advise is enough for the wise. Do not perform any auto repair other than tire changes and (or) oil changes with ASC.
