I just left mavis tires. I received AMAZING customer service from both the store managers and the front desk lady. I dropped my car off today in the morning for an alignment and to get a nail removed out of my rear tire. After I picked up my car I noticed the alignment wasnt fixed. I then went to go check the nail in the rear tire and its still there. I paid for services that I never received. Very disappointed.

I went to Mavis Tires & Brakes to get a new tire before my road trip.. I didnt understand what was going on with my car once I started on the highway it was very shaky.. once I stopped to make sure everything was ok I noticed Mavis Tires put a tire that was too big on my car.. I went back and was told they would have to order me a tire they didnt have it in stock.. the service manager was rude and very unapologetic he offered to find my old tire and put it on my car.. I still have the tire on my car with no help from Mavis on fixing the solution

Amazing people and took care of me when my brakes where completely worn and grinding on the rotors. Fix them up real good and for a wonderful price as well. Would high recommend coming back if you need brakes and or tires

Horrid place. Terrible management. Terrible regional management. They lied to me several times the day I had my tires installed. They did work I didnt authorize. Until I fought it they didnt offer to honor the prices I was quoted on the phone when I made the appointment. The regional manager is a horrible communicator and doesnt return calls very well. I went back to Volvo to get my correct wipers replaced because they took my other new pair off and replaced with theirs without asking me. They also tried to sell me work that my car didnt need as I just had the car inspected 2 days before. I went to get my refunds and coupon credit that I was due and I told the regional manager when I would be there and we got there and he wasnt there and thru the employee under the bus but finally I got all the credits I was due. I would never trust them again. By the time all was said and done I should have stayed with Volvo and gotten my tires there. I almost paid as much and there would have been no frustration. Buyer be ware.

April 20, 2021. Just called the shop to have a tire put on a truck. I was transferred by Matt to a lady at a desk. The call was made at 440 pm and I was told by the lady that they can’t do it, the shops getting ready to close. I said to her that you close at 6, right? She replies the techs are finishing up.WOW!If I could GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

If I could leave a 0 as a review I would. They have a bunch on incompetent workers who cant even put the right size tires on a vehicle! They state one price for a brake job and then raise the price by doing work that wasnt even authorized. They didnt call to see if it was ok to change the rotars when all I asked for was new brakes. Awful company! Never going back and I wont be taking my company trucks there either.

Ive had my car since 2016 and this is by far the best shop I have been too. especially Matthew he is always kind every time i talk to him and very helpful.

Went to this location due to a nail in my tire. Since I bought the road warranty and tires here, naturally would go back. Went on Friday morning and was told they only had 1 employee. They suggested leaving the car and come back later. The tire was flat, was I expected to walk back and forth to my house. I waited almost 3 hrs because there was 1 person in front of me. When it was almost ready, they suggested a new valve stem (its easy and comes in a kit for $3.50 installed). When they charged me it actually was $7.99. I’m not worried about the price, just that they sell you stuff by telling a lie. As it turned out they installed the stem incorrectly and for the next 4 days I ended up having to put air in my tire twice a day until my next day off. Also when I did go back I was told unfortunately they only had one employee AGAIN and would not be able to fix it. IT WAS THEIR SCREW UP AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT. Ended up going to their pleasant hills location where they took me right away and immediately informed me that there were parts missing from the valve stem I just had replaced. They happily replaced it correctly.ITS BETTER TO WALK THEN TRUST YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS LOCATION. AND DONT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Or any sense that your time is valuable.I’d give it a ZERO but this review won’t let me

DO NOT COME HERE. We made an appointment at 10:00AM for squeaking tires. After 4 hours called and they said they didn’t know the cause. 6 hours pass so we go back to the shop. Pull up to all 3 mechanics standing outside chatting and smoking instead of working on our car. Then they say it’ll be done by 5. Wait for over another hour until it’s done. Then when we start driving, we realize the front lug nuts are loose. They could literally be turned by hand. Called twice with no answer. Had to jack the car on the side of the road to tighten them ourselves. AWFUL SERVICE

Went there for tires & rims & a alignment. Items got put on but needed to come back for realignment & there was no questions ask.I would highly recommend them to all. Outstanding work. Good customer service & atmosphere.

( parts,labor,taxes)I agree to get the work done for $279When I arrived to the location I was told that the price was $358.78. Didnt get any reason why. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE.

Came is for an alignment, walked out a smart customer. Didnt know tires affected the alignment on my car. The customer service was excellent, felt like that had my best interest at heart and thats hard to find.

Had to wait 2 days for a set of tires to be put on my car. When I called I was told no one could crank the car. I came back to the location and cranked it right up. Of course I had to wait till the next day to get my car because by the time I came back to crank said car, it was too late to complete the job. After driving the car for a day I noticed the tires, which I spent $400 on, were not balanced AT ALL. I returned my car to the location to have them balanced today and as of now it has been 5 hours. i just called to inquire as to the status of my vehicle and was told it might be done by 5-6 pm, and that other people who had appointments had come so I was in the back of the line. Again, I returned to this location because the job was done incorrectly, and tire balancing takes approximately 20 mins on a machine. Im sure if I was being charged for this service my car would already be done. Buying tires and having them installed should not be this time consuming or tedious this day in age. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.

Customer service is big for me especial when it comes to my wife and kids. I tried Mavis out on 312 Luxomni Drive in Lilburn Ga 30047. First time ever using a Mavis, I normally got to PepBoys, but my work schedule is crazy now so I looked around the area for a local shop for her to go to. I made an appointment and just waited. To my surprise...No extra calls or hysterical wife calls.....(Great!!!) I appreciate the professionalism during the process, which ease my mind while at work. Is this the fault of a bad alignment? I have asked and everybody say yes. I did the lineup at this place 1 year ago. You can see the wear. I went to complain and they did nothing about it. PEOPLE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY NEW TIRES IN LESS THAN A YEAR. I will never come back here!

I visited the Lilburn location to get some repairs done on my car. The gentlemen in the front was extremely helpful and very patient with me. He answered all of my questions and please believe it was a lot of them. They must have been very short handed because he was even helping out the back with fixing cars when he was not needed in the front. I am very big on customer service and this was a great experience. I expected to wait a long time because they were busy, but I was on my way in no time. Thanks again I will be back the next time I am in the area and in need of some repairs.

Bought a tire to replace my flat and supposedly a piece of metal got in there. And they made me pay for a new one. Theres no way a piece of metal got in my tire so they obviously did it on accident.
