Went out the way to explain and not over charge although I purchased the rims somewhere else. Solid business which is hard to find. I will deal with them and them only. Check them out you wont go wrong!

Absolutely amazing!! Took his time with me, did not push to oversell and was receptive to several calls I had with tons of questions. Price and service was outstanding. Would recommend anyone with electronic needs whether in a car or motorcycle to visit them before going anywhere else, you will not be disappointed. Stereo system on the Harley definitely turns heads about 500 ft away, quality sound that didnt break the bank but sounds like it did.

If you are looking to get your windows tinted in the Lima area, these guys are by far the best place to go. I called them on a Tuesday asking when they could get me in and my windows were tinted by the following Friday. Call anyone else and they will tell you to wait a month or 2. More than satisfied with how the tint turned out on my car and I’ve already had 2 cars in that shop within the past 2 weeks. That goes to show their quality and availability. 10 out of 5 stars!

Do not go here they suck at tinting also if you want a sound system also dont recommend going here they cut all the wires to my buddies n blew multiple fuses they did the tint then sharpies on where they didnt cut right or messed up to try to make it look good if you want good tinting done n perfect no matter what kind of vechical go to Jimmy Bs they have reasonable prices n r great at tinting and for sound go to Barrys electronics they are 100 times better im trying to save anyone problems if your a unoh kid definitely dont go here they have terrible prices

I went here to have a remote start installed on my car. Service was great, they made sure I clearly understood how to use the new key bob before I headed out the door and I would recommend them and will utilize them again for my own future purchases.

Went in on 12/18/20 to have a remote start installed on my 2018 Silverado 1500 4X4. I was told it would take 2 hours. 1.5 hours later it was done. Works like a charm! Owner is a great guy and he made sure I was comfortable in the operation of the remote start. I’ll be doing more business with him in the future. Come check this business out!! DTS IS THE BOMB!

That I just had them tint my windows on my 2019 Dodge Challenger which they did such a good job it looks like it came from the factory that way. Good friendly service. I waited a week to review dts to see if all the bubbles on the tint job would come out like he said they would after completely drying. Well they did and after a week I also noticed the attention to detail they did to trimming and fitting the tint. Good works guys, thanks. Will be a repeat customer.

Purchased a remote start 4 years ago and was having issues with it working, stopped in (in a different vehicle) and talked to John and he said call me when you get home and I will walk you through how to troubleshoot and fix it. I called and he stopped what he was doing to make sure we were able to get it fixed. It was as simple as a loose connection, 4 years can do that you know. Thank you so much John. The tint job was good, but apparently they wiped everything down with dirty rags and left my truck smelling like a sour wet dog until I could clean everything up. I have plans for rims, air ride and a stereo buy due to lack of attention to detail wont be using these guys..... still trying to get smell out of my truck.

Went today to have my new car tinted. I had called eailer and they got me in same day it was what I was looking for as I was excited to tint out my new car. The tint looks great I see no bubbles or wrinkles. He also guarantees his work if I were to have any problems which is very important to me as a costumer. Best business Ive ever dealt with I had to take a last minute trip from Atlanta to Detroit on 26 rims and I had a blowout in Ohio about 20 miles from there shop STRANDED I called and the owner of the shop (who actually works) sent someone to me and help me get on my way he defiantly went out of his way and above and beyond to ensure I made it the rest of the way safely and at a great price downtown sounds was nothing short of a miracle for me and I will continue to do any further business with them

Welcome to the wonderful world of online reviews.....Im the owner of Downtown Sounds in Lima,oh....we window tint about 200 cars a year....we do installs on about 1000 cars and trucks a year ...and we are a growing local business....as with any business no one is perfect,but i find its how you deal with the issues that makes people happy and want to come back....coming on here and making a bad review is never going to hurt our business ...people look at these and move on....so call the store and at least give us the chance to work things out....20yrs and still going strong and only a couple people who got something bad to say.....come by our store and look at the upgrades and how we are continuing to add on to the business....we are getting bigger....makes me happy...thanks for listening!!!

Very overpriced. I went in to get an estimate on tinting and they were the most expensive estimate in Lima. After I heard the price of the estimate, I didnt ask if it came with any guarantees like other places offer when you have them tint your car windows. I seen the prices of a few of their items they had for sale as well and they were also over priced. For a back up camera they had there, you could get the same exact one from Amazon for $20 (I know because I have the same one installed on my car). Everything in the store looked very old and dirty as well. Everything had spots and grime on it. None of the chrome items were shiny.

I havent been in yet,but I am trying to get quotes for window tinting. It would be helpful if prices were listed on the website.
