My girlfriend and I were looking to buy her first car and came across S & I. We didn’t have much wiggle room but they had a repair title of her favorite car. We trusted S & I to give us a dependable car and to follow through with prompt paperwork. The car so far runs and looks great - and Sadeek kept us updated through the title process. The worst experience I have ever had attempting to purchase a car from this business. The car was advertised on ebay as rebuilt title and I had negotiated the price with one of the owners Shrhbil Almathil. The purchase was completed through ebay and deposit was paid. Once I contacted him to arrange pickup for the vehicle he sent me a text message from another buyer wanting to purchase for more money. When I spoke with him he tried to get me to pay more for the car and then demanded I pay cash if I was to purchase for the original price. Then I had to scramble to take off work to drive out to MI to get the car before he sold it to someone else but it only gets worse. From there I arrive to find a chop shop with the car still needing to go back to get work done for a service light on. I told him I would wait for that to get done and get lunch and to advise me when its done so my wife and I could make the long drive back home. I then find out that he did not have the title for this vehicle and had to go to the DMV to get a title. While that is going on he then calls me to tell me the problem with the service light would require new headlights to be put in at a cost of 1000 dollars of which he wants me to pay for.These business practices are predatory and illegal and I will be reporting this to the state DOT and DMV to investigate further. I do not recommend dealing with purchasing a vehicle from this company.

I went there to have my bumper replaced which is what they did, but they painted it a different color than what my car is. The owner said that they would paint it the right color but I have not heard from him. He tells me that the paint person doesnt work in Saturdays and that I have to take a weekday off to fix their mistake. They offer a good price but if you need the work done right. DO NOT GO HERE!

The best place i ever fix my car at and would not put a bad parts back on the car i dont know about the other reviews but i think the just being f cheap and unpashin and about the paint they tell u to bring it so if u go get cheap paint it will not mack so open up ur wallet

This is the worst collision shop I’ve ever been to. Do not waste your money and go there. They are expensive for nothing. They got the most horrible work. I took a car there to get painted and the paint wasn’t the same color I recommend no one to go here.

Stay away if you want to save yourself money and time .I learned my lesson the hard way. left my car in this shop for more than a month and a half and yet he didnt complete the job and blamed it on the guy he hired to come and paint some cars including mine. horrible paint job and very unprofessional and rude owner. Btw he hires unprofessional temporary workers to come to his shop and work on cars. I wish I read the reviews before going there.

Very fast at getting their job done. He fixed the back of my car, the trunk and bumper in a couple of days.
