I went to this shop because my regular shop was closed. I purchased two breeze pens. I walked maybe 15 feet, and realized one of them was defective. I took it back to request a replacement and the owner gave me a really hard time. Implied I was trying to rip him off and it got kinda dicey before he agreed to exchange for a new one. He told me next time, I’d have to pay a few dollars, then he brought out his invoice like???? The exact same thing happened at my regular shop, highway 420, and the owner replaced it with no qualms and apologized for the inconvenience. I don’t appreciate anyone raising their voice at me, treating me like trash when their product doesn’t work as advertised. 🤷‍♀️

Absolutely the best. Father and son ran. Honest people, amazing customer service, best prices around. Have proven over the years, customers come first. They go out of the way to make sure your satisfied.

.wish they were more consistent with how much they charge for the same item at the time of purchase or different day buying the same item. Store full of items nobody buys. If its not expired food they nevea mark it down for discount. Then mark up prices extremely high on items you in a pinch to buy...(ex: diapers, fem products, milk, tissue. Please dont play me on my pennies! They polite ppl....and will politely take ur pennies to.
