I had to warm up my own muffin.Full story is my friend asked for her pumpkin muffin toasted after having the toughest day ever. It was not toasted. Starbucks employee avoided eye contact as she handed the cold muffin to my friend. My friend almost cried, cut to me turning on my oven to toast it to prevent an actual breakdown.But I still gave four stars because this is totally my favorite Starbucks in the area. 👌

Pumpkin spice cold brew tastes like watered down coffee. Progressively worsening. Ive had to return back to them to remake the drinks 3 times in the past month. I come home, wife complains it doesnt taste good, then I have to drive back to have them remade. I agree with her that they taste watered down. Yes we put light ice. Weve had the drink many times from them and it was always fine. But I dont know whats been happening recently or if they have new hires but Im done with them for a while. Will try a different location. Even their white chocolate mocha doesnt taste the same.

I love starbucks but Ive been refunded in the past week 3 times.... at 3 different locations. Yall need to tighten the bolts because your getting a bit nuts. Im going to stop going if its always going to be an inconvenience.By the way I always place online orders. If anyone else ever cares to make these places any better.

Its a Starbucks, little bit of a wait but Starbucks is consistent with what you order.... No matter what state your in.

So this was my frist time at a Starbucks. I dont normally drink coffee and when I do it criminally sweet and creamy. Having no clue I asked for a recommendation, white mocha with extra caramel and foam it very sweet I was told. I did get the straw, but later found I didnt need it. Drink taste much better without a straw. Try it, I was floored. The whole time the staff was super sweet themselves. Over all will go again.

I waited forty minutes in line and this is what they give me. I asked for extra room there is absolutely no room. There are six people working in here and when I pulled up to the window I had to wait an additional five minutes before being acknowledged. With only the drive through being open and six baristas on shift, they should be whipping out orders faster than they’re being ordered rather than standing around and chatting. The manager here needs to do a better job with productivity and efficiency. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. People want a quick cup of coffee.

Only know the morning staff, super cute and fast. Always calls me hun and have had several people pay it forward. Never have had a bad experience. :)

Try them out. Have visited this Starbucks numerous times in the last 5 years when driving through area and its been the worst and the best, just depends. The service was quick, store remodeled so clean (unlike 2 years ago), and employees are sometimes friendly sometimes its not their best days. Very inconsistent in everything, but could be getting better?

Very nice staff. I had to sit here due to power outage and they didnt make me feel uncomfortable. Coffee was amazing and they gave me a free pastry.

I very rarely go out of my way to write a bad review.Tiffany was incredibly rude; when asked her about getting my order fixed she started yelling at me for no apparent reason. Instead of offering help and solutions she was quick to to be VERY rude. She is extraordinarily unprofessional and this Starbucks has lost the business of my colleagues and myself for good. Place is a mess. Supplies littered everywhere throughout. Behind the counter is dirty and chaos. Many items unavailable including very common ones. Maybe this is just a symptom of current conditions and will get better, IDK. Definitely not worth the premium price. Have no plans of returning anytime soon.

They got coffee everytime I go, so thats a plus.

I LOVE the cold Caramel Macchiato. The Green Matcha Latte was okay, but had too much of a seaweed taste to me. The Dragon fruit is good when you want a refreshing fruity drink.

Average Starbucks. They are usually slammed with not the fastest line. Not good if you are in a hurry, which the staff clearly is. I usually order a decaf pour over, but they try to discourage me from ordering it as it takes a few extra minutes to brew and they dont let you pull up for them to just bring it out to you instead of holding up the line.

Was given this yesterday. A $6.30 drink. The cup was cracked and was leaking pretty badly so she double cupped it and handed to me as is. What a joke.

I had my boyfriend go get us drinks and he sat in line for 40 minutes at 5pm. We got three drinks and not a single one was right. I also work as a barista and I understand that sometimes things get busy, but you should *never* free pour or mess with the portion amounts in drinks. From reading other reviews, it seems Im not the only one who feels the same way. x

When theres a wait, there is a WAIT! But I dont mind waiting a certain amount since they have to craft drinks, espressos, etc right. Most importantly, my pricy drinks are made right and not in a gross or messy manner. I always leave a tip here.

For pest service. Long lines… Ordered online and it did not take long at all!

Quality of drinks are great and staff are super nice. My issue is the time it takes to get your beverage. Being a former partner in 2006, I recall drive thru and in store service was very specific. No more than 2 min wait times owe drink. They definitely do not adhere to this if this is current. Also the layout is terrible. Park in the wrong spot and youre stuck until someone lets you out because the drive thru is set up pretty flawed. Other than that, not a bad place.

Relatively fast drive-through. I wish they would have people with large orders pull out of the line and someone bring their order out to them.

Best Carmel macchiato out of the 6 different stores I go to. They also open at least an hour earlier than the other Starbucks. Which allows me to get a coffee at 4:30 on my way to work since my shift starts at 5:00 am. Thank you to the Lincoln Park store.

The lady was completely rude to me on my bday!! And wouldn’t scan my my rewards. It took 30 minutes just to make a grande pink drink!! Don’t waste your time going there everyone’s rude. This Starbucks is on Southfield Rd and Dix Hwy in Lincoln park.

I love their coffee and specialty drinks. I love their happy hour which is usually week. You get buy 1 get 1 free for any of their drinks of course the cheaper one is your free drink. Still amazing.

I’m a total Starbucks addict. I go at least once a day and get basically the same order every time. I decided to place a mobile order with this location tonight and drive an extra 10 minutes because all other surrounding Starbucks stores were out of my usual items. When I arrived, they hadn’t even started the order because they claimed “they didn’t receive it”. I open my app and show them the receipt, and then they said “it just now popped up.” I said that was fine and waited. When they handed me the bantam bagel bites, I thanked them and walked out. When I was driving away, I took a bite and realized they were frozen inside. I drove back and told the woman behind the counter. The employees gave me a refund but refused to re-heat the bagel bites because that was “against their policy” and also refused to give me new ones. I tried to explain to them that other locations have re-heated the bites for me in the past and that I didn’t mind waiting, but instead a female American American employee got in my face and started putting unnecessary blame on me for “not asking for the bites to be heated up” because apparently asking for that is my job? Oddly enough, heating up frozen items has always been implied at every other 1000+ Starbucks visit of mine... Either way, I was thoroughly unimpressed with the quality of service and the awful treatment. I made a point to contact the corporate customer service agents who genuinely apologized and gave me a substantial gift card to make up for the treatment. The agent also contacted the store management to ensure that they were made aware of the employees’ level of unprofessional conduct.So long story short, do avoid this location if you would like to receive normal Starbucks customer service and product quality.

Had to pick up a coffee for one of my co-workers before work. This was the first time I have been into this particular Starbucks.The wait time was fairly quick to place the order however I felt like it took a fair amount of time to get the actual coffee despite their not being many people in the restaurant at the time.Everyone on staff for very kind and friendly and offered Smiles, pleases, and Thanks.

Service was friendly and efficient. Coffee serving size is huge for a medium. Then again, Im from Melbourne, so completely different coffee culture. This is not my kind of coffee. Didnt like it. For me, it was just a case of if you need the caffeine, come and get it. Just dont expect great tasting coffee.

Came all the way from New York City to experience the beautiful Midwest only to experience passive aggressive racism at this particular location by Tammy. Asked a question about a drink and was met with a dumbfounded stare. Every time my friend and I asked another question we were met with the same look then were told she would check but instead rinsed out a cup and completely disregarded our questions. We ended up ordering off the fixed menu and while waiting for our beverages a white presenting lady walked in asked the same question and was met with a completely thorough response. The answer Tammy gave was exactly what we were looking for the Nitro Brew, yet we were somehow undeserving of assistance.

They used to be horrible. They didnt care about allergens or requests for soy milk, as they would use the dairy blenders for the milk alternatives and I was frequently given my drink made with cow milk. Then they acted like I was asking so much of them and irritating them for having them remake my drink correctly. However, in the past year, they have gotten so much better. I have not had one problem after speaking to the store manager, who must have retained staff and he did replace some. Now, they are on spot, even with how extremely busy they are. There is even one guy that I love seeing there, because his customer service is excellent..best Ive EVER had ANYWHERE. I never got his name, but he wears glasses and makeup and always calls people honey or darlin. I would go into the store to order instead of the drive through, just because of him. It really makes a persons day to be made to feel special like he did with his customers..and definitely not in a hitting on type of interaction. He genuinely cared, which is so rare.
