A few years ago, i showed up for my scheduled lesson and they told me it was cancelled, the guitar teacher didnt leave me a message.The employees didnt seem to care when i explained that no one contacted me about the lesson being cancelled.Just last week i contacted A&R about a guitar set-up... and..they never got back to me.Its a shame, i have tried to support this local business and A&R Music doesnt seem to care. I just went to Guitar Center because they know how to pick up a phone and e-mail.

Had been years since I was in the area and was glad to see that shop still there and thriving. I didnt need much but they were friendly, very helpful and took great care of me. Ill be driving a little farther to get my bass essentials next time but itll be worth it. Ill be back soon.

Ok I USED to shop at that Mike Guys Shop up the street from A&R. I wont call him completely out by name. But Wound up really unsatisfied with that other store. So this was right up the street and I figured I would try it out. SOOOO glad I did. They Offer MUCH BETTER service. Polite people that actually tend to your needs and dont leave ya just standing there for an hr waiting. I had shopped at that other guys place for 30 yrs. These guys will get the next 30 yrs of my business should I live that long. Because in that Area they are the absolute best place to go period...

Glad I gave this place another shot. First visit was rather unpleasant. Staff was rude and not very willing to help. This visit however was great. Very helpful, friendly attitudes. Not everything I needed was in stock, so I took a star away. I do recommend this place as their selection of items is pretty large.

They have so many cool things there. Pretty much everything that you need! During my last visit, the lady at the counter was so nice, she even gave me a student discount! I got 2 pencils, 2 case tags, and a cleaning kit. I would highly recommend visiting, wether its for an instrument repair, or you need some more work grease, etc. They have it all😂♥️

My kids have been going here for years! We love everything about it there. They answer any question we have and have helped us with countless music transactions. All the teachers are amazing! A great place to go and pursue music!

Love this store! all the employees were helpful and VERY friendly. they explained in detail about the repairs needed to my daughters clarinet and gave an extremely good price for what needed to be done. I used to be a Marshalls customer, not anymore. I highly recommend A&R.

Must see. This shop is great. There is lots of space and a great selection. The staff was very patient and helpful. One of the few privately owned shops I have been to with a restroom and even more they have free coffee while you browse etc. Prices are highly competitive and I saw products with better pricing than Amazon.I have a lot of musical background and was able to find a conducting wand, guitar picks and drum sticks. Not a bad joint, good selection of guitars and FX. Probably overall more of a general band music store than a specialty guitar shop.

Family owned business that treat their customers like family. A lot of my family members have taken private lessons at the store. All the of the staff/teachers are top notch professionals. Have had repairs done there too...he is busy but worth the wait.
