My family and I had a very frustrating experience with Sid Dillon. I had called to inquire about a vehicle, I spoke with Blake. He informed me that the car was still available and we had agreed that my family and I would stop in and look at the vehicle at 5pm. I showed up at 5pm at the south location where I was informed that the vehicle was located at the 56th and O location. I was never told that the vehicle was at a different location than what the website I found the car at showed.Once we arrived at the 56th and O street location Blake informed us that we could see the outside of the car, but the keys were at the other location. Definitely something they could have told us when we were at the South location. Blake then told me he would contact me the next morning by 9am so I could make an appointment to come and look at the vehicle that day. I didnt get a call. He text me at 1pm to try to set up a time to meet with him regarding the car. I wasnt about to drive all the way into Lincoln again to see this car. They lost a customer forever with me and I will tell everyone I know about the experience. Horrible customer service!
