Alex, was very helpful and listened to my questions and concerns. She made recommendations and hopefully lead me to a pain free better nights sleep. I haven’t received my new bed yet but it seemed like the right fit when I was in the store and I am very much looking forward to its arrival. I will refer anyone looking for a new bed to Alex because of her friendliness and excellent people skills and knowledge.

I was extremely pleased with our service at Mattress Firm, particularly the sales interactions with Alex. She spent nearly an hour thoroughly explaining the options of mattresses and bases and at no time did she pressure us into any particular decision. She listened carefully to our needs and was able to search out some deals to make best use of discounts for multiple mattress purchases. I love the company policy that the point is to educate customers rather than pressure them into particular purchases, and I intend to continue using this store for future mattress shopping. Service was good and staff was helpful. The only complaint I have is they need a better way to load heavy loads ie king size beds and frames.

My wife and I were overdue for a new mattress and tonight is the time we set aside to shop around. The original plan was to stop by 4 separate businesses. The first store is right by our house, Ernies. The lady was very nice and informative. We selected our favorite king sized mattress that ran about $1,450 without the box spring. Next we traveled to Mattress Firm at the north 27th Street location. We met the salesman, Brett Stephens, who took us on a tour of potential mattresses based upon our input. We found one my wife and I really liked, in fact, better than the previous one at Ernies. We told Brett that we were still going to continue looking at Slumberland. He didnt bat an eye and told us what a comparable brand and model they might have. We left the store and got in our car. I told my wife I was so sold on the deal at Mattress Firm, I really didnt see a need to keep looking. We went right back in and bought it. Brett even knocked off the delivery fee in exchange for a Google review. Done! Very satisfied with his professionalism, product selection, and great prices. They currently have deals like we received: Queen size for the price of a twin, king for the price of a Queen. Highly recommend to anyone concerned with quality and price.

My experience with ordering online from mattress firm did not go well and I swore to have nothing to do with mattress firm again. I ordered a king mattress and a mattress protector. I only received two mattress protectors and no mattress. I tried calling but they only do email service. So I decided to call my local mattress firm and spoke with a wonderful woman named Alex. She looked into my order and told me she would fix this. She called multiple times to keep me updated with the progress. She ended up having me come to the store and getting me a mattress they had in stock which I’m in love with already. Alex was polite and friendly and made my experience do a 180 and now I will be shopping with mattress firm (local) from now on. Thank you Alex for all your help and willingness to go above and beyond.

Fantastic costumer service! Alex, who help us choose our mattress was very knowledgeable! She was also patient with us because I personally had to try laying on almost every bed. You can also tell Kade the manage cultivate a culture of costume focus service providing every opportunity to give the best deals and services. We have been looking around at a few places and mattress firm seemed to have the best deals and prices. They also seem to be just as good as online sources when I was googling the cost of the bed we were getting. The only comment I have which isnt really negative but they only ship out Tuesdays and Fridays. Im just impatient and very excited to lay on my new bed! But honestly I didnt think it would be realistic to expect next day deliver for any mattress place.

Best experience shopping for a bed EVER! I recently had spinal surgery and needed a new bed in the worst way. Chris was so very knowledgable in spine health in relation to sleep! I was absolutely FLOORED! He took time to explain everything! I gotta say I dreaded going in there, but the entire experience was absolutely perfect. Originally purchased my moms mattress from an Omaha store and the wrong one was delivered so we contacted this store and the GM (Zach) helped us get it switched out. We even decided on a different brand after he put in the order for the switch but he made it happen. Zach also came over and paired our remote to the adjustable base when I couldnt figure it out. I also spoke with Chris who was really kind and helped get everything sorted with the Omaha store. Highly recommend this store bc they were really helpful and kind!!

I went on the website to find the mattress I wanted. Called the store to see if they had in stock, they did. The manager (Zach) worked with me and made sure he could get it delivered on the day I wanted and since I’ve purchased a few mattresses from the company, he even helped me on a couple of other items I wanted. Zach sent me an email with a link to make the payment, I paid. I completed the whole process in less than 10 minutes. It was hands down the best retail purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Including an encased mattress protector.We got our delivery all set up to arrive a week from now and left the store. Upon getting home I looked at the mattress protector instructions but there was no instruction on how to wash it. I called Zach up and he found that the instructions were on the bottom of the box the protector came in. So over all great customer service, great assistance all around! I have never thought that I would find myself one day writing a review on my customer service experience, but here we are. Let me start off by mentioning Zachary Swails, the manager of the store. Working with him was a pleasure and very reassuring. I am a very indecisive shopper, so Zachary’s patience and sense of humor was probably the best part of my experience. Zachary was not trying to sell me something that was over my price range, which is a common practice in employees who earn commission. In fact, the mattress I purchased, Zachary was not able to earn commission on due to the mattress being from Purple. Upon signing the lease agreement, Zachary made sure to go over all the pertinent details and clauses of the agreement; He printed out the agreement and physically highlighted what I would be paying for monthly, return policies, shipping details, etc. It is too often the customers get swindled by the fine details of a lease agreement. I have been refereeing all my friends all colleagues to go to this store and ask for Zachary. Thank you so much Zachary, you made the purchase and delivery so easy. Now concerning the Purple mattress, the hype about it is real.

We, my fiance and I, came to Nebraska to spend time with my family. We are getting married in October of this year and are in the process of moving into a new townhome. Due to our schedules we decided it was best to search out a mattress place here and ship it close to home. Brett was our salesman and I am personally glad we worked with him. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the different types of beds and what the differences are between each. He was reasonable and considerate about our budget. Best of all he was patient with us while we tried out beds for 1.5 hours and never pressured us to purchase one. He did all in his power to get the price down for us. I bought a mattress a little over a year now and it collapsed in the scene where it Folds as you raise the head of the bed I called the store and they said oh thats a great mattress Simmons cuz it has great warranty 10 years but you have to go through them to get the warranty well after 3 months of messing with them I finally got an email saying that I had to go through the store to get the warranty so I called the store they say to go to the website and go do that is free so I will add more as I find out if its possible through their website if I find it okay Im back I have trying to get this warranty for 6 months now and Hector going from the store to the mattress company to the mattress company to the store to the store website in them not accepting the amount of pictures that they wanted and trying to make them smaller and all that good stuff I finally got it submitted 11/20/2017 it says it takes 2 days to get back to you after well see what happens talk to you soon sooner than I probably get S mattress warranty

Extremely pushy salesmen. Went in just to look and try a few mattresses. They wouldn’t leave my fiancé and I alone. We told them three times to please let us look around but they kept harassing us.
