4/5 Would have been 5 out of 5 but they charged me to change the weight of my pool cue from 19 to 18.5 oz, and didnt even send the original weight with my order. What did I pay $15 for - the 30 seconds it takes to change a weight? Can`t find another pool cue shop online that charges anything to change your cue weight. - But the cue is great, the work on the shaft was done well (had the taper lengthened to 14 and the size changed from 13-12.5 mm). The Engraving was also done well.

We purchased our first of three pool tables from this company 17 years ago. Ever since then they have been solid in service advice and value. Highly recommended. Friendly down to earth Midwest people here!

Internet Customers Run From These GuysHorrible internet side of their business after 7 days waiting for a email confirmation of order processed and shipped called only to find out the reason was swamped with orders and lack of staffing ... well any fulfillment company would be out of business with that kind of turn around ! My advise to Muller is either stay in the brick & mortar business or FIX YOUR FULFILLMENT ISSUES ! They may be a fine store to do business locally, BUT if you are a internet customer like me run from these guys ... oh and the customer service agent wasnt even apologetic about the delay ! If I could give them a negative star rating I would.
