Rudely refused to sell me Cricket sim card at Cricket store. Repeatedly yelled dealer rules at me that sim card had to include dealer activation fee $25 and dealer-purchased service plan. Rude. Bad customer service. Bad rules of cricket dealer. Bad experience. I already had phone and service card. WALMART SOLD CRICKET SIM CARD NO HASSLE. Buy Cricket at WALMART 🌝 n Do not buy Cricket at Cricket Dealer! 🥴

If there were an option of 0 stars I would have chosen that period these customer service representatives were not helpful at all. I brought my 70 four-year-old mothers phone in and they refuse to help at all. To top that she tried to get the data transferred over to a new phone herself and they told her to do it herself. Not at all what I would expect from customer service from any cell phone distribution company. Let alone a large one. The extent of their help was you can do-it-yourself.

The best cricket store near me. Just upgraded my phone for the first time in years. They treated me good but the one thing I dont like isthey wont let you buy the phone and switch the sim card yourself. You have to pay the $25 activation and let them do it. Might try an outside store next time to avoid activation fee.

I love cricket wireless, but but the customer service is not the same, not as friendly as the other people that worked there, so I just pay my bill and leave, before I would have a small chat with them, but not now..

Usually very helpful employees. Dont go when opening or near close or you will be waiting a while.

Horrible customer service, they will lie to you to get you to buy a phone, and then zero help if you have a problem. Prepare to be disappointed if you buy a phone here. The employees act like you are bothering them if you ask them to do any work.
