I absolutely love Costco! Have been a member since 1989 (Im from west coast where the chain got its start). Im into high quality products but NOT into paying high prices. Fantastic customer service, best returns policy of ANY store, huge array of products online...and Costco membership pays for itself. Highly recommended you check it out!

Tired of everything I bought being itemized (physically touched and ran through) at point of exit while the white people in front of me just get a quick visual scan of items. Probably just a regional issue as I live in a predominantly white city where certain business have racial discrimination anyway. Pretty decent products though.

Costco! What more can you say. It’s awesome and great pricing. Clean store, helpful employees, relatively quick checkout when busy. Parking can be tough on peak hours as well as the gas pumps, but that is to be expected. Meats are high quality. Lots of samples and solid food selections. The pizza and hotdogs are a great value for a snack or lunch. Great customer service too! Very glad to have a Costco in Lincoln Nebraska

I love Costco. I go at least 1-2 times a month. Bandit likes when I go because he gets a big new box to sleep in.In all seriousness, Costco is such a cool place to shop. They have everything. The people are always friendly and it’s are to pass up their chicken bakes and $0.69 sodas. If you’re trying to decide between Costco or Sam’s, go to Costco. I’ve had both memberships and I have enjoyed Costco so much more.

We bought exclusive membership, though we planned for membership only. The sales representative did a great job. I also forgot to use my cash back and shop card. I felt I lost 1 million. We love its Rotisserie chicken. It was so delicious.

Purchased a mattress on-line, Costco.com. Costco brags on their commercials, that they have free delivery and pick-up. I thought this would be very convenient, so I ordered.. Recived notice that my mattress and box springs are at the Cross-dock in Omaha. It has been sitting there for a week now. Now, I got notice that they are building a delivery load for my area. Projected delivery is now Sept. 24. A full month after ordering.If you want your stuff in a timely manner, just buy it in the store or somewhere else. Delivery with on-line orders are a joke.

Always love here but when I happened to see how they worked on my car, I loved Costco more. I just came here for a rotation but the technician cleaned all my screws. The best are all in details. Thats why they are so popular 🙂🙂

Kudos to the Costco bakery in Lincoln Nebraska we ordered a cake for a wedding shower and it was so so good very well decorated ! great job! We also ordered croissant meat sandwiches and they were so good. Hats off to Costco‘s meat department as well that is super good job

My favorite shopping place. The quality of everything is top notch! The associates are very friendly! Prices are good. Their snack bar is very affordable and their food offering is very good. I love the hot dogs and pizza! My only warning is if you see something you want you better get it. They sell out fast.

Love Costco but the tire department in Augusta is not good. Very slow poor communication. Not what I experience at other stores. Been buying Costco tires for 15 years. Optical department in Augusta is great

Andrew in electronics. i witnessed him harassing a customer wearing their mask properly. Andrew didnt think so. The customer told him he was wearing his mask right and even had the vaccine but the harassment continued. Andrew followed this fellow around the store for several minutes. Get this guy under control! I was close to calling the police. He was loud. Rude. Condesending.

Good gas prices. Little to no Husker gear, which was disappointing. The few Husker items they had were only available in L and XL.

Not impressed so far.. I will change this if it improves but I tried signing up a year ago. I never recieved a confirmation and it kept giving me an error. I just moved on. Today I got a renewal letter saying Ive been a member for a year now.. its only $60 which isnt a big deal and I shouldve kept checking my account i suppose but I called to ask questions. The first woman said she would transfer me to membership. She did not. I was just put back to the beginning to find my own way. I got to membership and the woman was too busy talking to people at the desk and kept talking to them and confusing me. I couldnt tell who she was talking to, me or the other person. I plan to try again and talk to someone in person. I hope its better..she didnt seem concerned about me at all.

Just the best! The healthy selections, return policy, pharmacy, bakery, all great. Love this Costco location minus the self check-out. It’s a little messy moving larger items and the tray is fairly small.

Got a membership for Christmas, already have a SAMS club card. But man this is a nice alternative, I love the selection. They have all the main items youd expect but I really love the unique items they have. Picked up some eye cream that Ive been waiting at a makeup store. Costco price was $19.99 😍 for a size larger than the other store, their price is $60. So far its been a great addition.

Its nice that they have a lot to choose from, mostly the non grocery stuff is what Ive come to appreciate, such as getting a good deal on a mattress, electronic toothbrushes, etc. I find it lacks a bit in the grocery aspect, but everything else that comes with the membership is pretty fantastic.

As always Costco has a nice variety of products for reasonable prices when buying in bulk.

Great prices and, the fact you can sample new products you would not know you would love is a win! Also, got new tire while I shopped.

We absolutely love buying our meat, dairy, toiletries, and many other products at Costco. The locations are convenient. The prices are affordable and the employees are helpful.

Costco.....I really wanted to give you another try...but now...NO WAY..we bought new tires December 2019 right before canceling our membership in January 2020 becuase we had issues with several food items with issues and an employee that was very rude...I went to Costco Tuesday October 5th...I showed up early as I was told to do at 9am because Im disabled and they keep earlier times for disabled and elderly. I sat and waited until about 915am and still doors didnt open so I called Costco they finally opened up and I explained my situation and advised them I had back surgery not very long ago and could hardly walk. The man said not to worry it will be quick and will have you on the way.....it was not quick nor easy at all. It took almost 2 hours for them to tell me My tire ended up having a piece of shrapnel in the side wall and couldnt be repaired so I was told they could not sell me tires and warranty wasnt active because I was no longer a member..long long story I had to re buy a membership so I could buy a new tire in the meantime I was treated rudly by not 1...not 2 BUT 3 different employees. I left very upset with a donut on my vehicle and was told come back the next day which ended up being Thursday because they didnt have time availability Wednesday..so I made an appointment showed up at 11:58am Thursday and was told again dont worry it wont take long at all....I waited 25 minutes and the only reason someone helped me is I asked an employee taking a car in that just pulled up I needed help and had an appointment. They finally got my vehicle back and they did such a terrible job they left the spare tired metal shield on our back seat which got it dirty...THEN look at the picture...I WAS PULLED OVER TODAY by lpd asking why I had a spare tired hanging underneath my vehicle...so now I will have to go back to Costco and have them fix this.. needless to say I am very mad this took way longer than it should have and the employees didnt even install the spare back correctly.....this is DANGEROUS!!!!.these issues along with the time and money waited prior I am out time and money almost 100.00 but hey Costco if you want to lose a customer CYA! I WISH COSTCO CARED ENOUGH TO HELP!

Loved the selection to choose from! I was with a friend who has a membership and wanted to check out selection before I invest in a membership. Sams is closer for me and wasnt impressed with courtesy from employees at checkout with my friend. They seemed more concerned with whether or not I had a membership or not. Guess I could be explained that I was getting a tour. Yet at door leaving, an awful alot of attention was drawn upon my friends receipt as well holding up a line and she checked anothers receipt before us with no problem yet we were there first, so I dont really know quit yet whether Ill invest.

Great Meat Counter- Best is town, ALL PRIME CUTS, Seafood, and, and, oh just go there. Just not on an empty stomach. Also Great electronics, cutting edge current models, and I got a great buy on an awesome cabinet there.This is Kristin, a supervisor at Costco. He is always happy and has helped me numerous times. I wish I could rate this a place a zero, but I cant. Their microagressions are on through the roof. Shelly, the woman that was working in the membership, should be fired. Her automatic assumptions that my parents dont speak english was ridiculous and she had no right to constantly make comments on it. Comments like I dont really understand why your parents are confused. is something that should never be even said. My parents speak perfect english and she gave them no chance to speak for themselves.

Cheep gas for members, great prices on wine and adult beverages, love the tuxedo cake and other bakery items. We have many favorites here. Kirkland branding stands for affordable and good quality.

Its just OK but if you really buy in bulk you will love it otherwise it is moderately expensive. You really need to go with a list and stick to it only to be effective on saving any money.

I used to have a Sam’s club membership, and I much prefer Costco. I like the products they carry and I like that their employees are well taken care of, which makes everyone happier. My only complaint is how the store is laid out. It could be more consistent.

We go costco every Saturday, good service,nice people, we like the lady who introduced and gave the tasty Multigrain bread sample to customers, . love bakery station and meat. i strongly recommend for steak and bread,seafood,...... everything in costco.

We have been Costco members for years and shop at the Lincoln store quite frequently, encountering some of the nicest people who work there. But today we had the worst experience when checking out. Juliette was extremely rude. The store was not busy at all and we were the o of people in our line. As we pulled up to the check out, Juliette looked at myself and daughter and said, “you can help them put items on the belt”, when there were two employees already doing that and we didn’t want to get in their way, as this has been my past experience. When we were trying to organize the cart because they just threw everything back in when we asked for boxes and my husband was getting a second cart, Juliette said very rudely, “uh...you can pay anytime now”. I will avoid her line in the future!

I wanted to say Thank You Costco has great Customer service support! I was trying to buy a sectional and everytime I got to the store the new shipments were purchased. They really need to get their gas pumps current with available technology. I never carry my card and only have my digital card. Sams club stores your payment info and allows your digital Sams card to scan.

Better than Sams in my opinion

My dissatisfaction is solely with the Tire Department. On 7/30/21 they installed new tires on my 2013 MKX. Although I had not had trouble with the TPMS sensors on the vehicle, it seemed wise while the tires were already dismounted to have new ones installed. Over a thousand dollars and two hours later, I was sent on my way. In the following weeks my car began sporadically informing me that I had a tire pressure sensor fault. I took the car back to give them a chance to resolve the issue. After 45 minutes they handed me my keys and informed me there was nothing they could do. Since they could not fix the issue I took it to an independent shop for resolution. An additional $433 later, the independent shop replaced the sensors Costco installed, and had no trouble programming the new set to the vehicle. I returned to Costco a third time, where the only satisfaction they were willing to give me was the $163 value of the sensors they had installed. In summation; it cost me $270 extra and a lot of goofing around to let Costco demonstrate they do not understand how to do the one and only task they specialize in.

We love Costco! Awesome selection, and cant thank them enough for their sanitation protocols. We got all of our supplies for Thanksgiving, even though its just the four of us this year. Trying new desserts out and the tiramisu is fantastic!

Variety is very good with reasonable prices. Quality of products much better than a lot of big box. Size of packaging can be challenging for small family. A favorite place.

Great store, but employees are often rude and unprofessional. I don’t have this experience in Omaha, and I didn’t the 18 years I shopped at Costco in California. This seems to be a Lincoln problem.

They have their own brand of stuff very good. No complains other than they make their Sangria wine seasonal! I would like year round like how I drink

We were at the Costco in Lincoln on Saturday afternoon and the person that checked me out was the rudest I have ever met. Everyone is usually so upbeat and helpful but Julette was not helpful and she was crabby and just plain rude!!!!!! We we never check out in her line ever again. It made the whole shopping experience turn into a rotten and horrible experience. Thank you that I can voice this concern!!

Great for the healthy families but items are a pit more expensive than Sams Club. The difference is that Costco is focused on Organic and natural food.

Quick stop for 1 item. The checkputs were actually not busy, so we even got through checkout in less than 5 minutes. I like it here because they will open more checkouts if they need to, so your not waiting hardly ever.

They wouldnt let me order 20 hot dogs. You know how bad that is, I have 20 children to feed and now they have to eat out the trash can, especially my youngest child dragan who is only 3 years old. He already has covid how am I going to feed him.

Weve gotten pizza twice from this Costco. I think that they may be preparing it differently from Costcos in other states as the Lincoln version is inferior. The cheese is crunchy and oily, maybe the oil is frying the cheese?Otherwise prices are good, selection is superior to other costcos

Laura Ibrahimova is the absolute worst cashier, she literally gave us a dirty look, because we asked her to separate the transaction. It took her two seconds to fix it, but she obviously took advantage of the situation to display her unhappiness with life to take it out on us. The job market is in high demand of other jobs... if you hate your job so much. She then goes on to double charge me, and when her coworker caught it, no apology, because I had told her it only took less than a minute to separate the transaction. The other guy was nice enough to correct her mistakes, but Costco needs to not blindly hire anyone based on their high demand for workers. Will continue to shop here, and no doubt will run into this obviously tired with life employee
