I had to get my brake light fixed yesterday. The young man and the Manger were both super nice! I am disabled and they went above and beyond to help me make sure I got what I needed. It was a great experience and nice to know that some people really do care about their customers. Can only give 5 stars but it was a 10+ experience.
I love coming to this store and dealing with Santi! He’s so patient and helpful and friendly. He knows what he’s doing! He never rushes me out the door, he always takes his time with me and makes sure I am fully taken care of. He’s always so happy to help and goes above and beyond for me. I’ve been to this store several times lately and every time I make sure he’s there because he’s the one I go to. I will continue coming to this store because of him and seeing him. Like every where right now, they appear to be understaffed. Its easy enough to find what you need without help. Wipers, oil etc. But you have to wait in line for 15 min. One guy swamped at the register, another guy trying to stay hid in the back parts shelves and another guy out of uniform doing something behind the counter. Not knowing how it all works, seems like the guy in the back should help out and the guy out of uniform should go home or put his shirt back on.
The only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because the lowest man on the totem pole was the most courteous and helpful. I had to return some brake pads that werent the correct ones.. the manager dealt with me personally.. and I must say he was rude arrogant and down right unpleasant. Then I had to pay an extra 12 buck for the right pads. But what got me was he tried to pad my bill wish caliper lubricant.. without even asking if I wanted it. Thats bad business .
Went for a battery test because of starting problems in my Audi on 7/31/21.Employee Santiago Parker helped me through the check and purchase of a new battery.Very professional,polite and quite knowledgeable about my needs and did an exceptional job installing the battery.I left a very satisfied customer.Very satisfied with the help,the cleanliness of the store. I have had a lot of problems with my K-1500 Chevy Silverado I came to Autozone in lincolnton North Carolina and every one here has been extremely helpful each time they are always polite and will go to the extreme to help you out most importantly store 0491 in lincolnton I have got to give a hide shot out to HEATH THE SUPERVISOR HE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY HELPFUL EVERY TIME NOW I HAVE THE NICKNAME K-1500 every time I walk in lol he is a awesome supervisor and very detailed to customer satisfaction
Very friendly and professional service. Gary was very helpful and showed me different options for the part I needed after making sure it was the correct one.
I called & asked if they did diagnosis checks. I was told Yes & to come in & they would help me. So, I did just that & the employee told me they dont do that because of COVID-19. I was upset that I made a trip there & received no help. So, I went to OReillys across the street & I recommend everyone to do the same.
I come from a non mechanical background, so I dont know much anything about vehicles... These guys are super helpful. And I appreciate they dont laugh at me when I come in and ask the dumbest questions! 11/10 would recommend!

My names is pauline several times Ive been here I was giving the wrong part I took everything off my car just to have to take the part back for the right one Im giving 5 stars for one reason. (Santiago) he is the only one thats has giving me the right part first try. He is super friendly and he tries really hard to make sure its the right one. He has even used a Measuring tape to make sure for me that the part will fit. He will let you know if it might not be the right part so you can make the decision to purchase or not. Best service Ive had so far. He should be best employee of the dang year.

Definitely very bad attention, I think they have no staff, there are always different people attending. They attend lazily, they do not care if the phone is ringing insistently and if they are talking on the phone they do not care about the people who are waiting at the counter. The attention is very bad

The web search does not take you to a site that I can enter my vehicle and search for a part. It is confusing and more pain than it is worth.
I had to run in today to pick up a thermostat for my car. Every single employee was maskless. Two of which were managers. When customers walked in wearing masks not a single employee bothered to pull up their mask. Even though there is a HUGE sign on the door stating everyone must wear one. Obviously they DO NOT CARE about keeping their customers safe. It’s not like we’ve been in a pandemic for over a year or anything.
Ive been able to get what Ive needed here. So they got car parts and whatnot and tools and stuff so if you need that kind of stuff well here you go.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had. Multiple trips to this store with the manager Dillon and his staff. Everyone was both professional and courteous. Still get that hometown neighbors feel at this location. A+++, I won’t go anywhere else.
Was not busy. One customer besides me. Almost 10 minutes waiting for a cashier and then had to over pay for a quart of oil.

The gentleman I worked with there was very polite and SO helpful! One of my brake lights were out. He helped me find the type of bulb I needed and even helped me install it!!! Awesome service 👍

How can you hire people who knows nothing about cars?
My corvette battery was under full replacement warranty. Autozone check system with car not running, insisted battery is good and alternator is bad. Knowing car wil not run long with bad alternator, which I told the guy. He still tried selling me a alternator. So I took to advance auto in lincolnton nc. They recheck systems. Even sold me a expensive battery at huge discount to help me out. Autozone owes me a battery for a 2001 c5 corvette. Ill most likely never get. Done with autozone. Advance laugh said you cant check output of alternator with car not running. Figure how to make power with no energy source. Your rich.No problems with car since.

Hey its AutoZone, Great place to pick up something to get that weekend job done. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Its was busy but staff was still friendly.

I went to get an oil filter and some oil for my car. They didnt have the gallon of the oil I needed. I ended up with a heavy bag of 5 single quarts of oil. But all in all my experience was good. The staff was Knowledgeable of my needs.

The reason for this bad review we had to have our car jumped started and they care enough NOT to come to your rescue. If they at all cared about their business they would come. And sad thing is it wasnt even a mile advance close to them CAME!!!!! Please people will you CARE About Everyone More???? People have souls and hearts what about YOU
AutoZone usually has the parts I need. Too bad I have to wait 20+ minutes for them every time I go in.Store manager doesnt seem to know 100% what hes doing. Him and other employees pay no attention to the lines of people waiting and allow people to cut ahead.OReillys is just down the road. The extra dollar or two youll pay is worth the professional service and quick in and out visits.

Every time I come here I spend at least 10 minutes waiting in line. The store is chronically understaffed and the employees are slow and generally unknowledgable. Go down the road to Advance, same parts, same prices, way better customer service.
Great customer service
I hope the employees were just having a bad day but I took a lawn mower battery that I had been charging to have it tested. My charger showed nothing. After they put the tester on and punched a bunch of buttons, they said it was dead. They showed me new ones I could purchase. I went to Advance Auto for a second opinion where I think I purchased it and they said it was fine. Glad I went down the street. Mower started right up.
They tested my battery and let me know the alternator belt was broken. They were great and very helpful.

Had them order parts, arrived at store to pick up parts. Had no clue who i was or no record of parts being ordered. Said i had wrong store. Showed them the phone i called and they said oh thats us... waste of time, better off shopping at a real parts house. Might i also add they said they dont have assembly lube. Walked and found it myself.
