I had got a flat on the highway but was able to get the car to Mr tire. They were awesome. Best service experience I have had in a while. Got a new tire on the car at a reasonable price and got me on my way quickly.

Me and my husband had some work done on our car for brakes and routers so we heard noise after having them done so I called Me. Tire and told him my concerns and Jacob not only fix the problem but him fixed it free. His personality it was a joy to have and experience at a time when customer service seems to be a foreign word. We accidentally got locked out of our car and left the headlights on overnight, we came in and talked to Chris Simon who walked to where our car was and unlocked it just like that (seriously should have seen it, the look on my face was priceless). We started to get everything looked at and decided to try and jump start the car, unfortunately that didn’t work so we went and got a new battery. Chris was there every step of the way and was a really chill dude, made great conversation, and was super fast and knowledgeable on his stuff. Seriously give this dude a raise, he’s a great asset to your team and I couldn’t be happier with our experience!

I actually hate going to any mechanic anywhere. I will say this place does a good job and quickly too. I had a review on this place from a while back. That review was done by the employee at the desk. He asked me to do a review and when I pulled the place up on my maps, he proceeded to take my phone and write the review... Weird right? He said I would get a discount.. I will say he was nice and this place does a good job, but that part of it was weird. I never used the discount. Anyhow this place gets the job done.

Shandon (hope I spelled his name right) was amazing. He helped us with our son when he blew out a tire on 321 while heading out of town. Despite it being at the end of his day, he went out of his way to help us get him back on the road safely.

I’m not quite sure why you would choose to go anywhere else in the area! We have been loyal customers for years, and continue to make the drive from Gastonia just to get this outstanding service.Today I called at 3:30pm to see if I could get an appointment to get a new tire. Not only did they have a spot for me, but I was in and out in under 45 minutes (which was huge since I had my 4 month old and 3 year old in tow!)Even though they were servicing several cars at the same time, I was truly shocked at how quick I had a brand new tire and was ready to go. With less than $100 out the door nonetheless!The level of professionalism matches the welcome home feeling of a small town business. Today’s trip was even sprinkled with a donut for my 3 year old- which was definitely the extra mile for those employees, and greatly appreciated!We will continue to come to this location as long as they are around!

Came in on a Saturday morning for a tire repair. Traveled from out of state to see our family and had a flat on the way to NC. Mr. Tire got us right in and did a great job repairing the tire. Price was beyond reasonable! Would highly recommend. Great customer service.

The whole staff here is great. Got mud tires put on my Jeep here. Busy with big jobs that day, had to replace a sensor or tires after mounting a couple of the tires. They stayed over after closing time to finish mounting the tires and giving my Jeep an alignment. Highly recommend getting your car taken care of here.

This is the only place I will go. Great service and reasonable prices. One of the very few shops that do not take advantage of my wife when she comes in to have her car serviced. That in its self is why I will always come back.

Absolutely the best auto repair experience. I was informed of everything wrong with the car and kept updated during the entire repair process. Needed my tire patched due to having a nail in it. They was a little busy and gave me a heads up that it will take about an hour. About 1hr and 15 mins later I was walking out the door. The staff was friendly and thanking me for my patience. I will continue to do business here.

They had some trouble with my car but didnt give up, tried everything and spent extra time to help us get what we needed done. He pointed out a few small things my car needed done soon, but didnt push us to do them immediately when I said we couldnt. Excellent service. Excellent place. Highly recommend. Had alignment done. Still not right after 2 trips back. Tech said computer said it was right, but still strong pull to the right. Asked what it could be and told, maybe radial pull...lets try rotating tires. Still no change. Asked what else it could me. I dont know..... Wow. Not happy. Should have been refunded.

My cars tinted windows have passed inspection here for the last 4 yrs. This year, I guess under new management, it failed, without even a test, just a quick look. Fine, maybe the last manager was crooked, but then I guess new management thought it appropriate to accuse my wife and I of lying, saying that we had it installed since the last inspection. Really?! AND THEY GOT UGLY ABOUT IT WHEN WE INSISTED WE WERENT LYING!! We wont be doing any more business with this Mr Tire.

I can’t express how wonderful this place and its staff are. Being a single woman and not knowing a lot about cars, I had a flat tire. With no one to help me the manager Shandon sent out one of his workers. The gentleman Tyler put on my spare so I could go to Mr Tire to make sure all was ok. I ended up having to get a new tire but am very grateful to the staff at this store for all their help!

Friendly staff. Wait times are average. The way this company “prices” their services feels like an old used car dealership. The price varies from visit to visit. I expect to pay the same for an oil change, every time! I understand some vehicles need to pay for an extra qt of oil....but even after my coupon discount I’m still out $50 for a standard oil change?!?! Id expect this kind of price gouging at a dealership, not here. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I have been going to Mr Tire in Lincolnton for over 20 years. They have changed names(they used to be Clark Tire) and the people have changed, but the service never has. I have always been treated with respect and listened to. As a woman, thats very important to me, especially when it comes to vehicles. I dont know a lot about cars but I do know when mine isnt running like it should. I have never been treated like I didnt know what I was talking about. That means a lot to me. I would recommend them to anyone!

I needed 4 new tires for my car. This was also my first time doing business at Mr. Tire, and I was very happy with the service provided. Both the employee, and the manager I spoke to were professional and polite. I was given several options based on my specific needs, and the pricing was great. They completed everything in a timely manner, too! I know thats where Ill be going the next time I need my car serviced.p.s. the gas station next to them has reeeaalllyy good food, so you can have a bite while you wait.☺

Honest people, takes the time to make sure your vehicle is safe to drive. Went in for tire rotation and he also checked the brakes. Told me honestly that the tires wouldnt benefit from being rotated and showed me why. My husband does our brakes and he showed me the issue, no charge for anything.

My family has been very happy with mr. tire. That is why I keep coming back each year for a new set of tires. I always buy the tire insurance just in case.I have not used it until this year after 5 years of no problems. It was so nicenot to shell out extra money for another tire. I just found out if you do notuse the insurance it rolls over to the next year. Thank you Mr. Tire

I took my car to Mr Tire after their store manager Shandon put on my spare for me at my job. He said I should come by the store and he’d take care of my tires for me. I ended up needed two tires and an alignment and all at a good price. I was also informed of my car needing brakes and plan to go back soon for those. I appreciate all the help and information I was given and will recommend this shop to everyone!

John and Tom and all the other gentlemen working today were superb and they all deserve a raise. Went in for belt/oil change. When I was recommended extra services (air filter change and a brake flush) they didn’t hesitate to show and prove to me it needed done so I didn’t feel taken advantage of. They also worked with me on prices to get it done and make sure my daughter and I were safe on the road. This place is just amazing and I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else from now on for any services. Thank you again. You made a hectic mother’s life a little less hectic today, and that is priceless!

Went in because our Jeep was making a terrible noise on a road trip. We wanted to make sure we could make the drive and that it wasn’t a mechanical issue. I had a nail in my tire and a competitor store had a 2 hour wait to fix it. I called Mr. Tire in Lincolnton and they said there was no wait. I drove there and they plugged my tire right away. In and out in 15 minutes!

This is definitely the best shop to bring your car in the whole area. The people there are great to deal with and are very honest. The customer service is perfect and prices are reasonable. I have always brought my cars there for maintenance and repairs, even though most of the cars I bring there are more performance based and can be harder to be worked on, their techs are very knowledgeable. Specially their tech Chad is amazing at working on any car you bring. Dont hesitate to bring your car here, you will not be disappointed.

This would be my very first time going to Mr. Tire and have been kinda hesitant about going because I’ve heard mixed things about this place but I stopped by today and received the best customer service I’ve ever received at a automotive shop. Thank to J diah Friday, I was stuck in a rush and he squeezed me into the schedule helped me get my oil change and my car checked out in no time. I recommend anyone looking for a good place to get your car worked on here. (They do more than just tires and oil changes btw) excellent service overall!! :)

My vehicle needed an oil change and wheel balance. I setup an appt online, and they got my car into work right away. Work was done quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend to anyone needing car repair or new tires.

I was stranded in the middle of nowhere and a nice tow driver tried to help me but I didnt have the rim key so he made a phone call to Mr. Tire and together they made a way to change my tire. The service was great. If Im ever in the area again I will definitely give them a call if I need service.

I have been a mechanic and worked on cars since I was 12. It is rare to find establishments, especially auto repair shops, that are prompt, courteous and most of all honest and fair. These were the words at the beginning of my review for Clark Tire three years ago before they were assumed by Mr. Tire. I gave Clark Tire the five star review. At best, Mr. Tire gets my 2 star review. My wife brought our car to have a leak in the front left tire fixed. They looked at it and said they couldnt take the tire off because the wheel nuts were of the locking type. I assumed they knew what they were talking about, so we looked everywhere for the key. There was no key as these were regular lug nut, maybe a little fancier than they had seen, but not locking. My wife made the appointment at our Mercedes dealer and they told us they were normal lug nuts. A tire place that cant take a tire off. There is no way they will ever touch another one of my vehicles. Because they didnt charge my wife for not knowing how to take a tire off, they earned, just barely, the second star.

Excellent customer service. We were on the road from Charleston SC to beech Mtn and got a flat. It was 6:04pm and the other places were closing up. Even though their staff had mostly left, DJ and John were so helpful and saved us!

Then you have the chance to either have them fix it then or wait and reschedule it for another time.
