Bought some phones for me and my kids last week and the lady there was so helpful. I recommend this place to everyone had the best customer service experience

Cooper and Gaby are the most amazing customer service representatives. They have shown me over the past few weeks that I should have switched to boost YEARS AGO.They should both be recognized for their dedication to the brand, and ability to help non-tech-savvy folks like me. Nice store knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately i found out I will have to switch companies. Since Team mobile bought then out the newer phones and sims will no longer get service in my area. So unless u have old equipment your phone wont work in alot of areas.

Left at&t went with boost to save money received their service and a free phone was told that it was a great phone . The phone at Best is suited for a child starting out and the service doesnt even hold a candle to their claims in my opion also very rude customer service at this local branch ; but each to their own.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Very good place for all your phone needs

The ladies behind the counter are very helpful and nice knows alot about the phones in the store but needs more variety in stock products all in all go there and get your phone.

This Branch has a lot to fix . Have been a long term boost customer over 10 years with no missed payments at all was treated very badly in store no help at all I wish you good luck in the future but I will not be back

I am a customer but not happy data speed is terriable internet service is worse cant watch videos or anything takes forever to load due to loading circle continuous spinning, no variety of phones same phones each time you go in. terriable cell phone tower service

Just purchased an iphone 6 plus that Maria told me was in great condition with NO PROBLEMS (certified used) just returned because customer picked wrong one- just finally GOT to sit down after dinner and running with kids and was able to SET UP ICLOUD PUT SOME INFO IN AND apps & THE PHONE SHUT OFF AND WILL NOT come on. Im so frustrated after just spending several hours setting it up and putting some apps and my info in and this phone is off. Not ro mention just spent over $230 cash ! I would appreciate it if i can get service to rectify the issue when i come in tomorrow. I also just called amd left my daughters cell phone for someone to call me. As the phone did say it came with a warranty. I literally honestly right now. Feel regretful for switching from metro to boost because i had never had any service or prior phone problems with metro and they certainly never would have sold a damaged phone to me. Im hoping as a new customer -seriously less than 5 hours old customer i will be taken care of and this is resolved. Monique C.

Awful!! Absolutely pathetic. They wouldnt allow me to return my phone and didnt even have it a week! The owner told me I could retun it, but of course they all switch words around.
