Pharmacy customer service is less than satisfactory. I was cut off multiple times and did not feel valued. In addition after waiting what seemed like forever a customer apparently familiar to the staff was served before me.

My last visit took me a while because my script was workers comp, that I have been picking up there since I moved to Lincolnton. For some reason it was not put through as workers comp, someone dropped the ball

Completely rude employees to include a lady named Susie. I realize that big businesses do not care about individual customers but what this store has failed to realize is that they are in a small town and word travels fast! I will never spend a dime here again I will go across the street. What a shame!

The minute clinic here is a scam. They will not provide you will medical care and still charge you for appointments. The young lady currently employed with the Minute Clinic does not have a bedside manner or an interest in helping people get better.$7 is what it cost me for the MEDICINE I needed to get better. $7 . And this woman was more than willing to NOT help another human being. She should be ashamed of herself.

Called in my prescription and the pharmacy told me the price would be half of what I ended up paying. They said they were applying a coupon to make the med a price in the 40s. The coupon ended up not working bc the patient was an animal but the pharmacy never bothered to call me and let me know. So unfortunately I had to pay $84 for the med. Had they bothered to call me I could have price shopped. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.The coupon, Good Rx, has been around for years. As a pharmacy they should have known whether or not this coupon would work. And the minute they realized the error they should at least taken the time to call meand let me know.

The pharmacy team is on point... Ive been going here for about three years and have always been greeted with a smile. Theyve gone out of their way several times to help when prescriptions werent sent in right or insurance was being a pain.

Absolutely worst pharmacy I have used! Go to Walgreens while in Lincolnton if possible! Nothing is ever ready! Pulled back muscle and was told it would be 3days before I could get it due to 900 refills they had to do. 8 month old son at the time had double ear infection and was told again they had 650 refills they had to do and would be 2 days before they could get it! This location is so busy they need 2 pharmacist on duty. Medication in bags laying all over the floor and service tech looking down walking to make sure they don’t step on them! Ridiculous I want a 0 star rating for them!

Great pharmacy, the pharmacy manager will go out of his way to find a solution of you have a problem with your insurance or medication. He has a very friendly and professional staff. Dont get upset if it takes a while to answer the phone, this is the busiest pharmacy in Lincolnton. I highly recommend going here.

These guys always do everything they can to help me get my prescriptions. Even if there is some kind of mix-up. They have even helped me get certain meds down to a more affordable price. Most of the staff is very friendly.

Had a hard time finding the place but when I got there it was perfect

This place is to slow! U wait for over 10 mins at the drive thru to get meds that they said was ready, same thing if u go inside. Calling them is just as bad! I have been on hold for 10 mins, just to get rushed off the darn phone!

Literally the WORST pharmacy you can go to. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They’re are slow, rude, and lazy.

Been going here for about 3 years or so. It used to be fast and good work. Now, if its fast its because they arent busy and if its good its because they didnt have to try so hard. 3 times they told me my wifes medicine should be ready in less than an hour. 3 times I drove up there and they said no. My wife is sick. She is in constant pain and when she needs her meds, she NEEDS her meds. First off, it shouldnt take 3 hours for a prepackaged box, and if it does, maybe you should say 3 hours and not have me running all over Lincolnton hoping you did your job.

Service is great, they always have my prescriptions ready for me. The pharmacist and the staff are very helpful and pleasant.

Father in law got two diffrent high potency pain meds filled and ended up being 40 pills short on one script and 15 pills short on the other . Since they were filled on the 5th and my mother in law (caretaker) noticed about 20days later there aint much that they can do. Warning count your pain meds at the counter before you leave the store

Clean store but prescription pick up always seems to be a hassle and wait. Either way you decide to pick up but drive thru lady has it together better than in store pick up staff..
